“Easy to find and use with fast efficient transfer from parking to airport. Only slight issue was on way out when barrier wouldn't recognise my car or ticket so had to contact staff who quickly resolved.”
“Used several times from Edinburgh Airport in the past. Outbound all good, parked up & bus waiting. Arrived back in Edinburgh 1.45am, after waiting to get case, bus arrived shortly after to take us back to car parking.
Unfortunately, we were amongst the cars that couldn't get out of the Plane Parking due to a barrier malfunction. Eventually (after a period that seemed a lot longer than it was) the barrier lifted although the engineer who was supposedly on route to fix never arrived!
Not an ideal situation to be in considering we arrived back in the early hours & still had an 150 mile further journey.”

When approaching the exit barrier you must enter your ticket and the barrier will raise for your exit. I'm sorry to hear that you had issues when exiting the car park however I'm pleased to hear that our team assisted you.
