Ordered a few weeks in advance for a special occasion, unfortunately not delivered on that day, delivery company fault not Pipers tbf, I did get notice in time to rush out and purchase others goods for the day. Arrived following day day but totally defrosted, had too much so asked if okay to refreeze which I reluctantly did. Get 4 stars for the sausage I have eaten as very good, delivery very poor mind.

I tried mutton,bacon and beef. Was looking forward to the traditional cure back bacon,disappointing to see there's no rind,my favourite part since childhood. But not used it yet so I'm hoping the taste doesn't disappoint. The beef I've frozen as the weather is so warm but it looks really good. I'm afraid my first experience of mutton was disappointing as it was very tough but I've no idea if this is usual or not,however the taste did not disapoint and the resulting shepherds pies were delicious, if a tad expensive. First class delivery and excellent packaging.

The food at Pipers is second to none. And this is proven by the fact that we have bought our meat from them ever since they first started trading and delivered to us weekly in their own little van. However, currently we have ongoing problems with DPD as their chosen courier. They continually deliver to the wrong address, which means we have to hunt for the parcel before the contents defrost. Last week's delivery was the worst yet as their parcel was left at the wrong address as usual, at the roadside on top of a box in full sun (picture below). Had we not found it the contents would surely have been spoiled. I phoned Pipers to let them know and the lady I spoke to promised to have a word with DPD and get back to me - she did not. I was then both surprised and annoyed to have the phone put down on me towards the end of my conversation while I was still speaking. If Pipers have recorded the call they can check this. This is NOT customer service. Regrettably we will not be ordering again.

Love your steaks, from the everyday steaks to the amazing rib eye steaks. Mince is a million+ better than any supermarket rubbish. Love how the chicken shreds whilst stirring in a curry like the good old days, unlike the awful water and antibiotic pumped chicken which stays hard and cubed no matter how much stirring. It might cost more but you get what you pay for, which is proper healthy meat how it should be and not the rubbish you waste your money on with supermarket rubbish. I would rather pay more and enjoy and have less meat a week than pay and hate it because its cheaper. No more supermarket rubbish for me and my family.

Had beefburgers from you, one did have gristle, they tasted lovely. The sausages I got everyone found them to spicy, so I will go for plain pork next time. Steaks were amazing.

Meat, poultry and dairy quality is 5/5 but the driver keeps leaving my parcel downstairs and where I live there's huge history of stealing. The driver doesn't even ring the bell. Kind regards Valerio

We love the grass fed beef and really free range chicken lamb and beef joints ,pork sausage chops and gammon steaks ,and have since ordered other things like the kefir beef dripping and bone broth everything in my opinion tastes much better than when you buy similar from a supermarket . We have just this minute ordered again to try some more things for delivery this Saturday the 15th everything is packed really well and delivery has always been spot on . We have had no problems even when emailing questions , we have had a fast response many thanks to all the farmers, suppliers ,pipers farmer staff and delivery staff too a fabulous idea and top quality products

Overall, an excellent service and meat is always delicious. I subscribe to Piper's Points and do feel that you should be able to spend these as you wish, and in 1 order, rather than being limited to one voucher per order.

I’ve been ordering from Pipers farm for a few years now and it is my main place to shop for great quality meat. Love their ethos. Good selection of products. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the bacon is getting thinner slices, all the other meat purchased is definitely a 5*

Great chicken, having histamine issues I need the chicken to be frozen quickly so histamine stays low, I live on this meatstock every day to heal my gut, now if I could get chicken feet it would be 5 🌟 great service

Superior goods of quality. The lamb and beef that I've already cooked were delicious. Although I haven't tasted it yet, I think the chicken and broth are just as delicious as the lamb and beef. Additionally, it arrived on the day I applied for it and on schedule. I give it a 4 star rating because I was not pleased with the delivery package, which contained the meat and broth separated by an odd-looking cloth within a nylon bag! It was presented poorly and not appropriate for frozen food.

The frozen whole chickens have been exemplary. Likewise chicken mini fillets consistently good. Sirloin steak not bad. Diced chicken texture is wrong as there is meat from various parts of the bird and they do not cook uniformly. Have yet to try the grass fed beef burgers, sure they will be fine. Going to order artisan bread, frozen meals and try something different on next order. The whole chicken is our family favourite . Thank you all at Pipers Farm.

The meat is delicious with more flavour than that from other similar suppliers. My concern with my recent delivery (last week) was that some products had definitely started defrosting especially the beef fillet tails which I would estimate were 50% defrosted if not more and the chicken livers had also started to defrost. The box was probably too large thus the insulation was not covering the products sufficiently well to keep them well frozen.

As always, the product is of excellent quality, packaging and delivery is spot on. My only slight complaint was when ordering packs of, for example 2 pork chops, one is always significantly larger than the other and I would prefer them to be of equal size. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
