“Love the fact that you are not Halal certified and deliver nationwide. I have been placing orders with you for some time now. I didn’t enjoy the pork sausage’s I ordered once, I thought they had a weird taste and I thought the lamb steaks were gristly and fatty. However, not cheap but all the other meat over several months, has been delicious”

“Very nice venison ribs. But unfortunately in bG there are also verterbras and bigger chunks that small dogs cannot eat. I woukd appreciate ribs only bags as an option for the smaller dogs”

“I ordered sirloin steaks and enhanced minced beef. The minced beef is excellent, but I’m a bit disappointed with the sirloins. There’s a big disparity with the cuts,some are fine whilst others have double the amount of fat.”

“Delivery was good and delivered when they advised. Beef burgers had bits of fat that i had to remove from my mouth so wasn't a huge fan however pork burgers were good and tasty. Burger buns weren't anything special.”

“Very simple website to use - the products I bought were for a present and were well received. The beef joint has not been eaten yet but the burgers and especially the parmesan/onion/pork sausage rolls were fabulous. Delivery was on the right day. Sadly, left on the doorstep before the elderly resident could answer. I was notified of the delivery and had to phone her to get her to retrieve it. It was a warm day and was left in the sun on the doorstep. The box was damaged but not the goods inside.”

“Ordered pork joint for Easter Sunday. Easily fed 11 plus left overs. Meat was delicious- tender and full of flavour. Don’t like the sheep wool packing. Have tried composting but doesn’t break down. Using as weed suppressant on veg bed but will still end up in bin. Don’t know what the answer is for insulation. X”

“Pipers Farm, nor titled Edenmoor. A sustainably orientated farming community covering several animal groups. The way food in this country should be produced and not flown half way around the world where we receive little or no information on the animals themselves. Edenmore is different, open and transparent. A bit pricey of course, but you pay for the peace of mind knowing the animals welfare is treated correctly. Excellent quality, providing slightly harder to get cut meats. Delivery is quick and well thought out packaging. Keep up the good work.”

“The meat I buy is great but a lot of what I would like to repeat buy is unavailable. Perhaps this is seasonal? I would like giblets included in the whole chickens I purchase. Otherwise the quality and packing and delivery is excellent. Everything tastes great!”

“Beautifully packed, haven't used other than the 2 steaks, which were very nice. Chicken legs I have cooked, but still in doubt about code?GB 2865 Which comes up Halal slaughter, hopefully it's wrong. I wished I'd have chosen individual meats, has we have a problem with fat. I can confirm that the code on the Chicken is in relation to our old site in Exeter (we have since moved into a brand new unit) where the chicken was prepared as we do not display abattoir codes on our products, but I can assure you that we do not follow any religious guidelines with the slaughter of our animals. “The quality of all their products, especially meat, is exceptional- hence my return custom. However, I have an eversion (almost hatred!) of plastic. Another supplier (organic) I sometimes purchase from will ship in butchers paper, which I can then repackage in boxes before putting in the freezer. And, another supplier, used cold packs made from paper with biodegradable gel. If these two options were available, I would go give 5 stars.”

“First order from Pipers Farm. Arrived on time and in environmentally friendly packaging. My disappointment was that our Christmas turkey was delivered with a best before date of 24th December. Apparently it will be fine but just won't be "at its best". Surely a Christmas turkey should be at its best for Christmas day? I was a little worried about cooking it, however it was fine and all the family commented on how tasty it was. Just really disappointed that they could not deliver a turkey that I could confidently cook on Christmas Day itself.”
