The meat is delicious with more flavour than that from other similar suppliers.
My concern with my recent delivery (last week) was that some products had definitely started defrosting especially the beef fillet tails which I would estimate were 50% defrosted if not more and the chicken livers had also started to defrost. The box was probably too large thus the insulation was not covering the products sufficiently well to keep them well frozen.
