Hi Dave, I’m really sorry to hear the dish was overly salty and took over an hour to cook. That isn’t what we want for your experience. If you’d like us to look into this, please contact our support team with your order details and we’ll assist further. (hello@~edenmoor.com) Best Wishes, Liz, Team Edenmoor (formerly Pipers Farm)

re. brisket, delivery by DPD .messaged them to leave order at rear door on step. they messaged back saying delivery instructions were made. I left a insulated bag on the rear step then went to a hospital appointment, received a message saying delivery was made. note delivered on front open porch in full sun. not very good at all, if delivered by DPD in future I will not be ordering again. £137 for a roast of beef. Ok that’s fine for fresh food. But alas, the roast was frozen, rock hard. They tell me that’s what they do, freeze the beef. Avoid.

Hi J, We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. As explained in our email correspondence, our products are professionally blast frozen at peak condition to preserve quality, freshness and consistency during storage and delivery without the need for additional ingredients that others may include and to also help minimise on food waste. This is clearly stated on the product page and our FAQs. Many customers specifically choose this option so they can store premium cuts safely without compromising quality. We appreciate that this may not have matched your expectation on this occasion, but we do stand firmly behind the quality and welfare standards of our beef. Best Wishes, James

Unfortunately the beef wasn’t for me, tough. Chicken was ok. Beef was ok. Won’t order again unfortunately

So disappointing, we have always got our Christmas and celebration meats from pipers farm and it has always been delicious, but this rolled leg of lamb was cooked exactly to your instructions, but was tough and grisley, even my grandson wouldn’t eat it and he eats everything. We won’t be coming back.

My recent order from you arrived over 24 hours late, despite my having paid for express carriage. The sausages had defrosted. I was promised a refund of both sausages and carriage, but have not yet received it.

Very disappointed - i placed an order online but did not receive a confirmation of my order but instead received an email stating there was something left in my basket prompting me to place a duplicate order. When i realised this i phoned to cancel one order and the woman i spoke to offered no apology and was genuinely quite rude. When you charge your prices it is not simply the meet you expect to be better than the norm. Very disappointing and i will think twice before ordering again.

After having a HORRIBLE thanksgiving turkey experience that I tried to provide feedback on, Pipers Farm continues to ask me for more reviews. Honestly, I will never buy from this company again and I feel sorely let down by the turkey that we had.

Having used Pipers Farm a number of times, I have noticed that since it has been taken over and run by Edenmoor, the quality of meat and their very poor customer service has declined to such an extent that I have now switched supplier and would not recommend them

Hi David, Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear that you haven't had a positive one. I have checked the system and I cannot see that you have made any orders with us since December which was before we changed our name, if you could reach out and let us know the details of the order in question then the customer service team will look into this right away for you. My delivery failed to turn up. Not only did that mean I had to make a last minute dash to the supermarket for inferior meat but to add to the upset Edenmoor are failing to take any responsibility. From the start of my email exchange with James from customer "care" I have felt pushed away and un heard. I feel like I've been robbed. No one is making any attempt to make good this problem.

Hi Bryony, We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your experience. As discussed during several exchanges with our customer service team, we carried out a full review of the shipment with the courier. They confirmed that the standard notification email requesting payment of the required import tax was sent to you directly. Unfortunately, no response or payment was received, which meant the parcel could not be released for delivery to you. Our team has shared this information with you following confirmation from the courier, and all steps taken on our side were in line with the normal shipping process. Once a parcel is with the courier on the island, payment of any applicable import charges is required directly with them/customs in order for delivery to proceed. While we understand the situation was frustrating, we cannot accept responsibility where the courier’s process was correctly followed. Best Wishes, James

Hello There was nothing at all wrong with the product. It was a gift for a friend. However…. I placed an order for a selected future date as the recipient was away and paid for the privilege. However when I received the confirmation the order stated it would be delivered the following day. I emailed immediately to get it changed to correct date but amazingly got told I couldn’t as it was already packaged and sent (within 10 mins of order placed). This is baffling. Didn’t even try to help instead concentrated on blaming me for ordering it incorrectly (that is admittedly plausible). Sadly I won’t be using your service again and will be warning all my bbq groups to also avoid using your service.

Awful food all around. Tasteless and the turkey was inedible. When I contacted customer services I got a cold blunt reply offering h nothing at all. Not even a little sympathy. I won’t be using this company ever again and would not recommend them. We ended up feeding the £70 turkey to the dog.

Hi Ash, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see that we have responded to your comments and questions by email and we are sorry that you didn't enjoy the taste of the item that you ordered as everything was butchered and prepared to our incredibly high standards. We hope you had a wonderful Christmas and enjoyed the other items that you ordered. Best Wishes, James

Pre-ordered our Christmas delivery on 1 November for delivery on 23 December. The delivery never arrived... and the order hasn’t even been passed to DPD. Despite three emails, multiple phone calls, and repeated attempts via live chat, there has been no response whatsoever. No update, no explanation, no warning that our Christmas order wouldn’t arrive. Just complete silence. £180 has left my account since november and 'order confirmed', yet there is no food and no communication. That is not a delay or cancellation, it is a total failure of customer service and basic business responsibility. At best, this shows severe mismanagement. At worst, it feels like taking money for orders they are unable or unwilling to fulfil (bankruptcy?) Failing to deliver a Christmas order is bad enough. Failing to communicate at all is unacceptable. Judging by recent reviews, this is clearly not an isolated incident. I will never use Pipers Farm again and would strongly caution anyone considering them for something important like a Christmas order. This has been a stressful, disappointing experience and completely undermines any trust in the brand. Thankfully I live in London so lots of stores still open, but if I still lived in the countryside there would be no other choice. Not worth the risk ordering from them.

Mis-sold 4kg Christmas cockerel. We paid £71 for a 4kg cockerel only to receive a 3.27kg cockerel this morning - 23rd Dec. We've been trying to get hold of them all day via phone, email, web-chat and Facebook. No answer. Shockingly bad service. We would never use them again and suggest you don't waste your time or money either.

Food arrived battered to death more than once, pigs in blankets all unravelled, stuffing broken up and lamb in a bag fit for a whole cow

Cancelled order immediately after order, they refused to cancel, piper farm is not a farm, it supplies from farms. I contacted the supplier fen Farm, they called to see if they would be OK to cancel the order, the declined. A company desperate for a sale , no appreciation of consumer rights. Rude, difficult staff. One last thing they do not answer their phones. I sent 5 emails before a response

We received our Thanksgiving turkey today and it is a very sad sight indeed. It has not been properly plucked and there are hundreds of broken feathers remaining in the skin of the turkey. When you run your hand along the skin you feel hard bumps - unlike any raw turkey or chicken I have ever touched (and I am an experienced cook who roasts poultry most weeks). Pipers keeps telling me that they expect "pigment" to be there because it is a heritage breed - however all I can say is in over ten years of cooking a heritage bronze turkey every year I have never received one like this. There are hundreds of HARD feather follicles with feathers remaining inside and it will take us at least 4 hours to properly finish preparing this turkey.
