Beautiful meat esp the poultry section, I have been shopping with pipers farm for a couple years now and the difference in the quality of the products is of a high standard. I would rather pay the extra money to have the best tasting. Only disadvantage is you cannot get the selection you require as it’s out of stock most of the time.

I've always been satisfied with the overall quality of the products but on this occasion one of the pork steaks was very poor, small & grisly & not pleasant to eat

I love the products, especially the Dairy line and tie in with field goods and la tua for prepped food. The meats we've purchased have all been good too but as our family grows I want to do more batch cooking and don't want to re-freeze pre-frozen food, so I'm getting that less now. The people who work at Support team have always been lovely as well. My only issue, is the website. The checkout process has errors and after many months they're still not fixed, so I don't shop there nearly as much anymore bc it's too much of a headache. The yoghurt is also always out of stock but I doubt that's their fault!

Turkey joint. Ordering and delivery was very satisfactory. And the end product was good and tasty. Problem for us was that we didn't know how long it would need to defrost so took out 48 hours before cooking time and put in fridge. 24 hours to go and it was still rock solid, so we took it out to the kitchen for 6-8 hours after which it seemed soft so put back in fridge overnight. Took out before cooking and followed instructions, however it wasn't ready in the time indicated. Perhaps it had still been cold in the middle. After putting back in and standing a couple more times it was ready and everyone said it was good. Pigs in blankets were very tasty. Would appreciate guidance as to how long to defrost for. If I remember for next year I will take it out about 6 days ahead as it did say you could let it sit in the fridge for 4 days once defrosted.

The goat curry was very good, and we really enjoyed it. However, at 12.50 per portion I felt it was expensive. Especially as there is a £4 delivery charge on top. If it was £10 per portion I would probably order again.

Although I was not able to get the item I ordered originally, the staff contacted me and went above and beyond to provide an alternative and apologised profusely. Fantastic customer service, would definitely recommend

As seasoned Goose eaters we were blown away by the flavour of the goose! Exceedingly good. Delivered with utmost care and packaged well. The loss of a star was that the weight delivered was less than ordered. There was an unprompted refund of the difference, but it didn’t make up for the shortfall of goose on the day, especially as the goose was so tasty and everyone wanted more! There was plenty but more would have been even better!

Hi I ordered Goose for Christmas It was delivered in time I had it in my fridge On 27/12/23 when I unwrapped to cook it had bad smell and in some parts had turned green Not your fault but missed the long awaited meal which we all were looking forward to 🥲

The goose arrived at the correct time. The packaging was good. The goose was well prepared with separate giblets and excess fat. The goose was tasty but for the price there was very little meat.

Ordering was straightforward. The cooking instructions were helpful and the turkey was delicious. The reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are: I received an email to remind me that I should book my delivery slot as they were filling up rapidly. I was concerned as I had booked my slot when I placed my order. To be fair, I emailed Pipers to query this and received a response very quickly to confirm that they had my delivery slot booked and apologising for any confusion. I also found the volume of emails promoting goods in the last couple of months somewhat tedious but, overall, the service is good and the turkey was well packaged for delivery.

They are pretty well organized . keeps us informed all the time. Slightly disappointed because the goose is weighed less than what we ordered. To be fair they refunded. overall, satisfactory. Will order again.

I have been a customer for years and rate your products very highly. This Christmas I was a bit worried about my turkey as it had a slight smell. I think it was just on the turn. I had to cook it for a little longer than I would have to be sure.
