Disappointing order from Edenmoor (first since Piper’s Farm rebrand). Some meat had defrosted on the way and one product was already past its use by date. The beef short ribs were SO fatty that there was hardly any usable meat on them. I’d had them before and they were significantly better. I hope this drop in quality is a one off problem and not because of the rebrand. Customer service dealt with the issues swiftly and satisfactorily.
