The website is easy to navigate and informative. Straight away, you are given a delivery date, which is extremely helpful! “ My recent order from you arrived over 24 hours late, despite my having paid for express carriage. The sausages had defrosted. I was promised a refund of both sausages and carriage, but have not yet received it. ”

“ I placed an order for pork pies and chicken pies and what really grabbed my attention was the chicken curry, so that went into my order. When my order arrived it was incomplete, chicken curry was missing. Not happy with the after sales service either, they did refund my money, but I would have preferred a complete order. Won't be ordering again! ”
