“ Very disappointing experience with Customer Service (Liz). We had a large(ish) delivery with steaks but everything arrived completely defrosted and noticeably warm with the delivery taking place outside of scheduled time at almost 10pm. We were denied a refund, having reasonably sent photos and multiple emails. This seems absurd that a company like this would encourage a potential health issue when strong potential of bacterial growth. ”

“ My recent order from you arrived over 24 hours late, despite my having paid for express carriage. The sausages had defrosted. I was promised a refund of both sausages and carriage, but have not yet received it. ”

When my order arrived it was incomplete, chicken curry was missing. Not happy with the after sales service either, they did refund my money, but I would have preferred a complete order. Won't be ordering again! ”
