Everything tastes exactly how real food should taste — rich, clean, and full of natural flavour. Their grass‑fed beef is exceptional and genuinely a must‑try. The lamb is equally superb, tender, and deeply flavourful. Their Christmas turkeys — especially the Bronze and Gold range — are simply the best I’ve ever had. Moist, flavourful, and beautifully reared, they make Christmas dinner effortless and unforgettable. It’s no surprise so many customers trust them with their festive centrepiece every year. Packaging is another area where Edenmoor excels. Everything arrives perfectly chilled, well‑protected, and thoughtfully packed. Delivery is fast, reliable, and always on time — something many reviewers praise repeatedly. Their customer service is also top‑notch, friendly, and quick to resolve any queries. “I buy most of my meat from Pipers Farm (Edenmoor) and have done for a few years now. It is important to me to know that the animals are treated kindly by farmers who care about their animals and the environment. Also important is the high quality meat. All the foregoing is what Pipers is all about. The meat arrives frozen and nicely packaged in compostable packaging. Another plus. Great service too.”

“I believe we have a misunderstanding in that you do not seem to appreciae that I live in California(?). That apart the boxes you delivered for me were well received and enhanced the Christmas celebrations of a cherished family. Thank you. They are sill debating which item in their boxes became their favourite and we are in March! Should I ever be able to join them for a Christms or similar celebration it is mos likelythat I will look to you to send a soecial box.”

“I got an Email they'd like me to write a review as a valued customer. Well, I'm no longer a customer, and definitely not a valued one, otherwise, they wouldn't have ignored my Emails. Some of the meat is great, some isn't. With their standards of customer service and the fact that the quality of their product in thebpast couple of orders has been disappointing, I'm giving them two stars, while on the lookout for a different place to buy meat from.”

“The quality of produce is second to none. Not only do you get decent sizes for each item, but the amount of trimming off gristle, excess fat, splintered bone and so on is absolutely minimal and/or straight up not needed compared to the carvery you’d have to do with supermarket equivalents. The waste is tiny, and it’s such a time saver. The quality of butchery involved is evidently very high. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be so for a long time.”

“Pipers Farm, nor titled Edenmoor. A sustainably orientated farming community covering several animal groups. The way food in this country should be produced and not flown half way around the world where we receive little or no information on the animals themselves. Edenmore is different, open and transparent. A bit pricey of course, but you pay for the peace of mind knowing the animals welfare is treated correctly. Excellent quality, providing slightly harder to get cut meats. Delivery is quick and well thought out packaging. Keep up the good work.”

“My delivery failed to turn up. Not only did that mean I had to make a last minute dash to the supermarket for inferior meat but to add to the upset Edenmoor are failing to take any responsibility. From the start of my email exchange with James from customer "care" I have felt pushed away and un heard. I feel like I've been robbed. No one is making any attempt to make good this problem.”

Hi Bryony, We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your experience. As discussed during several exchanges with our customer service team, we carried out a full review of the shipment with the courier. They confirmed that the standard notification email requesting payment of the required import tax was sent to you directly. Unfortunately, no response or payment was received, which meant the parcel could not be released for delivery to you. Our team has shared this information with you following confirmation from the courier, and all steps taken on our side were in line with the normal shipping process. Once a parcel is with the courier on the island, payment of any applicable import charges is required directly with them/customs in order for delivery to proceed. While we understand the situation was frustrating, we cannot accept responsibility where the courier’s process was correctly followed. Best Wishes, James

“At Christmas I ordered Turkey,Rib of Beef and Pigs in blankets. Firstly I was in hospital over Christmas so everything went into the freezer. Cooked the Turkey and Pigs in blankets in January and it was delicious. Only got around to cooking the rib of beef last week and my goodness what a treat it melted in your mouth. I am not a great cook but this beef was so tender and tasty even my husband kept commenting on how great it was. I will be ordering exactly the same again. Thank you Pipers (Edenmoor)”
