“I'm a first time customer of Edenmoor and after making a traditional stew and dumplings a very satisfied one! I found the beef to be an extremly high quality and required far less stock for seasoning to get a rich savory taste 10/10 from me!”

“The quality of produce is second to none. Not only do you get decent sizes for each item, but the amount of trimming off gristle, excess fat, splintered bone and so on is absolutely minimal and/or straight up not needed compared to the carvery you’d have to do with supermarket equivalents. The waste is tiny, and it’s such a time saver. The quality of butchery involved is evidently very high. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be so for a long time.”

“So far all we have cooked and eaten has been top quality and very flavoursome and great value. Loved the coriander spicy burgers ( need to be bigger) products well packed and delivered as stated. Will definitely be using them again thank you x”

“Pipers Farm, nor titled Edenmoor. A sustainably orientated farming community covering several animal groups. The way food in this country should be produced and not flown half way around the world where we receive little or no information on the animals themselves. Edenmore is different, open and transparent. A bit pricey of course, but you pay for the peace of mind knowing the animals welfare is treated correctly. Excellent quality, providing slightly harder to get cut meats. Delivery is quick and well thought out packaging. Keep up the good work.”

“My delivery failed to turn up. Not only did that mean I had to make a last minute dash to the supermarket for inferior meat but to add to the upset Edenmoor are failing to take any responsibility. From the start of my email exchange with James from customer "care" I have felt pushed away and un heard. I feel like I've been robbed. No one is making any attempt to make good this problem.”

Hi Bryony, We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your experience. As discussed during several exchanges with our customer service team, we carried out a full review of the shipment with the courier. They confirmed that the standard notification email requesting payment of the required import tax was sent to you directly. Unfortunately, no response or payment was received, which meant the parcel could not be released for delivery to you. Our team has shared this information with you following confirmation from the courier, and all steps taken on our side were in line with the normal shipping process. Once a parcel is with the courier on the island, payment of any applicable import charges is required directly with them/customs in order for delivery to proceed. While we understand the situation was frustrating, we cannot accept responsibility where the courier’s process was correctly followed. Best Wishes, James

“At Christmas I ordered Turkey,Rib of Beef and Pigs in blankets. Firstly I was in hospital over Christmas so everything went into the freezer. Cooked the Turkey and Pigs in blankets in January and it was delicious. Only got around to cooking the rib of beef last week and my goodness what a treat it melted in your mouth. I am not a great cook but this beef was so tender and tasty even my husband kept commenting on how great it was. I will be ordering exactly the same again. Thank you Pipers (Edenmoor)”

“Whether it be Christmas or a rainy Wednesday in March, one thing stands out..... The quality and sustainability of Pipers Farm or Edenmoor as we now know them. I have been a customer there for a long time, and have never been disappointed. Their delivery is simple to organise and is a very reliable service. From sausages, and burgers to splendid Christmas fare and Chateaubriand their meats are simply delicious. Would I recommend them? Wholeheartedly!!”
