“Sirloin steaks, absolutely delicious full of flavour and brilliant to cook as required. Simply done with English mustard chips,peas, and a Portabello mushroom. Stand out. Bought six, so four to go in the freezer”

“Everything is great about Edenmoor. As a platinum member, I would like to be able to get the deals and free items, yet I only have the opportunity of money to order on the 21st or near after, which often means I miss the free items. I would like it if it were to just be given in the next order. Many thanks for all you do Jenny”

“Though we haven't tried the meat yet it looks lovely. It arrived really well packaged and went from the box to the freezer. I will certainly use Edenmoor again”

“The sausages have very thick skins. They are more like hot dog s. Cauliflower cheese tasteless. Pies only said on the label spicy, the order says potato and chicken So I could not eat them The good. Butter lovely, bacon ok bit sallty. Sorry for gloomy review.”

Our sausages are traditionally made with natural casings, which can provide a firmer bite than some commercially produced sausages, although we appreciate this comes down to personal preference. We're also disappointed to hear that you found the cauliflower cheese lacking in flavour. Regarding the pie, the product you ordered was our Butter Chicken Pie. As butter chicken is a traditional North Indian curry, it is naturally made with a blend of spices, which is why the label highlights that it is spicy. We appreciate that spice tolerance varies from person to person, and we're sorry if this wasn't what you were expecting. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the butter and that the bacon was generally well received. We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us continue to improve both our products and service. “I had a tomohawk steak, which was lovely . A chicken which was lovely. However the pork joint I had was, very fatty and reduced to about enough to feed less than 2 people. The pork pie was a bit mushy , as this had been frozen on arrival.This has put me off reordering anymore meats.”

“I have been very disappointed with the Fillet Steaks over the last few months sadly, buying 2 (at £20 each) I expect equal sizes & exceptional quality as they used to be. I love the breakfast sausages & chicken is great. I would love you to look at quality control with your Fillets”

“The food is nice enough. I had no idea that it would have been pre frozen. Not ideal. I was ordering for the freezer . Not to eat all at the same time. Nice quality food though.”

We freeze all of our meat before dispatch as it's nature's way of preserving freshness without the need for preservatives, while also helping to minimise food waste. “The meat is always well packed, still frozen hard, and goes straight in my freezer to make meals that are very special. The meat has always been delicious and I look forward to trying the Mutton in my current order!”

“After my first order, I found the ordering and packaging process a little confusing. As someone who is neurodivergent, I can sometimes find unclear systems more difficult to navigate, so I shared some constructive feedback. At the time, the company was trading as Edenmoor. Since then, they've rebranded to Piper's Farm and updated their website and branding, making everything much clearer and easier to understand. I really appreciated seeing those improvements, as clearer communication makes the experience better for everyone. What has remained consistent throughout is the quality of the food. The meat has been excellent every time I've ordered. The steaks are lean, flavourful, and cook beautifully. The chicken burgers are honestly some of the best I've ever had, and I also really enjoyed the Wellington and the venison. I also value Piper's Farm's commitment to high animal welfare, sustainable farming, and producing food with genuine care. While the prices are higher than a supermarket, the quality and ethics behind the produce make it worthwhile for me. Overall, I've had a very positive experience. They've listened to customer feedback, improved the ordering experience, and consistently delivered excellent produce. I'd happily recommend Piper's Farm to anyone looking for high-quality, responsibly sourced meat.”

“Love the fact that you are not Halal certified and deliver nationwide. I have been placing orders with you for some time now. I didn’t enjoy the pork sausage’s I ordered once, I thought they had a weird taste and I thought the lamb steaks were gristly and fatty. However, not cheap but all the other meat over several months, has been delicious”
