“Went to the Ealing Branch of Pines and needles, lovely Ash there sorted me out with a beautiful tree, base and lights! Really happy with the quality of tree and also customer service! Thank you and Merry Christmas!”

“Awful customer service! I have tried to purchase several trees for a school event. After the recommendation of one of the shop managers, I reached the main office, only to be put on hold and then offered a price higher than the initial quote. When I pointed out that this was higher than before, they put me on hold to call the shop and take the discount away! Unbelievable and Appalling!”

“My tree last year was a little disappointing had a huge hole in the side. Did send an email as soon as I received delivery of it but heard nothing back. Please could you bear this in mind when you send my tree this year. Many thanks”
