“Bit disappointed this year having used lines and needles regularly for years. Ordered a 6ft tree. I was given a time window of 9-5. It didn’t arrive till nearly 6 and I couldn’t see where on the map the driver was so I was stuck inside all day. Obviously trees will vary slightly in size but when it arrived it was enormous. Well over 7ft and too big to fit in the space. I had to exchange it. Be warned if this happens to you instead of exchanging it for free I was charged again for another delivery despite the fact that I hadn’t got what I ordered (a 6ft tree).”

“I ordered my tree to be delivered (1st time I’ve done this as we love choosing a tree). The team arrived with their Santa hats and set up the tree. I was worried I wouldn’t like it buts it’s probably the best tree we’ve ever had. I’m so happy, the tree and service all 5 star! Thank you!”

“The tree we had last year was fab. However this year it never turned up. This is the second year I’ve ordered my Christmas. Last year was prefect however this year my trees was not delivered, no one called me to inform me, I called twice to find out what was happening and had two different replies and had to fight to get my delivery refund. I’ve singed asked for a full refund as I went out and got my tree. Read the small print - the policy with the courier is 3 attempts and does not include weekends! Ups were great last year, this year was tuffnels who are just rubbish. No reason for why my tree had never left the warehouse!”

“None of my local garden centres had a Noble Fir tree, not even my go-to place for the past 20 years. Pines and Needles came to my rescue. What makes my decision to buy from them even better was the delivery! No wrestling the tree into my car.”

“Terrible customer service. Paid for an early delivery, it was late and the wrong tree arrived when it did come. They don't have the right tree in stock so they wasted our day knowing our tree would never come. We have to wait 14 days for the refund. We ordered this tree weeks ago and an email came only yesterday confirming the order. Never again.”
