“I visit Pines & Needles every year in Victoria Park, to get the Christmas tree. This year was better than ever. Mainly thanks to Mohammad and Augustus on duty that night. They couldn’t have been more helpful and really went out their way to help us find the perfect tree and get it home. Even helped by the manager to lug the tree out to our car and load it on board. The perfect start to Christmas. Thank you Pines & Needles”

“4 stars for the Ealing Broadway team !! Robert and the these were lovely and so helpful. Online team were rude and not helpful at all as I had a discount with Perkbox and was told misinformation from the online team hence the 4 stars. Go directly to the store at Ealing !! 👍👍👍🤩”

“Pines and Needles do not use their own vehicles to make deliveries so they are not in control of the time and day your tree will be delivered on. I booked weeks in advance and paid extra for a guaranteed delivery before midday but no tree was delivered. I am being told now (after several calls) that I can expect delivery 3 days after the date I booked and paid for. Don't be fooled by how easy it is to book and pay for this online. The process of getting the tree delivered is just a huge headache and one that Pines and Needles have no ability to resolve for you.”

“I had a delightful experience today at the Clissard Park branch, your friendly staff were very attentive and playful with the kids. It made the whole event very easy for me, especially Joshua who kindly carried the tree to my car and entertained the kids while I paid. Thank you, N.”

“PLEASE STAY AWAY !!! I have never dealt with such disgusting customer service or lack of in my life ! We had been a loyal customer up until now but I don't think that means anything to them. Incompetent staff who cannot process orders leaving a loyal business without a tree & with no acceptance of responsibility for their mistake. Luckily i found somewhere else who was able to accommodate us who were much nicer & cheaper than the over priced trees from P&N that die within a week ! Suggestion- staff training”
