“Excellent service from the Barnes shop, bought the tree in person. The young man carried the tree to my car and helped load it in. Cheerful and full of good advice to extend the length of the tree life.”

“We collected our tree from Pines and Needles Bournemouth. We had never been there before but we are certainly going back! We arrived with a very excited 3 and 5-year-olds and being the shop on a busy main road I didn't have much hope for how the purchase would go. We wanted a chubby 6ft tree to fit in a very specific corner at home. The man who served us was absolutely charming and so patient with the children. He knew his business inside out and led us immediately to the perfect tree for us. He then prepped the tree in seconds and helped us load it into the car. Now our house smells beautifully christmassy so all in all a great visit to Pines and Needles.”

“Second year in a row they have provided us with a fantastic, healthy looking tree. Last year we went to the pop up store in St. Albans and chose on for ourselves but this year I opted for the delivery option. It was fantastic, they arrived when they said they would with a carefully wrapped, perfectly sized tree. Thanks again.”

“I visit Pines & Needles every year in Victoria Park, to get the Christmas tree. This year was better than ever. Mainly thanks to Mohammad and Augustus on duty that night. They couldn’t have been more helpful and really went out their way to help us find the perfect tree and get it home. Even helped by the manager to lug the tree out to our car and load it on board. The perfect start to Christmas. Thank you Pines & Needles”

“4 stars for the Ealing Broadway team !! Robert and the these were lovely and so helpful. Online team were rude and not helpful at all as I had a discount with Perkbox and was told misinformation from the online team hence the 4 stars. Go directly to the store at Ealing !! 👍👍👍🤩”

“Pines and Needles do not use their own vehicles to make deliveries so they are not in control of the time and day your tree will be delivered on. I booked weeks in advance and paid extra for a guaranteed delivery before midday but no tree was delivered. I am being told now (after several calls) that I can expect delivery 3 days after the date I booked and paid for. Don't be fooled by how easy it is to book and pay for this online. The process of getting the tree delivered is just a huge headache and one that Pines and Needles have no ability to resolve for you.”
