“Needed an early Christmas tree and Paddy(?) at the Upper Holloway site led us to our dream tree. Super friendly and helpful, he even helped us with our base before we left. Feeling extra festive now!”

“From the off Tom in his kilt was cheerful and helpful and despite running low on stock as Monday morning he found me the perfect tree! Helped load it into the car and all done in double quick time! Thanks Tom!”

“Lovely experience at Regent’s Park this morning! Juan and David were so nice with our kids. We regularly host dinner parties at our home so we had to get the biggest tree possible, and it sure wasn’t easy, but they got the job done!”

“Bought my tree for the first time form pines and needles last year very impressed with the quality of the tree very full and beautiful delivery excellent on time and date requested so have just ordered my tree for this year hoping that the tree is just as magnificent as last year thank you pines and needles you just may have a loyal customer here if this year's tree is as good as last year's xxx will also recommend to friends and family x x x x”

“Classic styles of years gone by old school Christmas, etc., on their selection of goods, as well as Modern styles. Lots of choices for Christmas shoppers and of quality products that of which is most important. Their Web site is user friendly too and their company services to your door, sometimes you can’t pass that up!”

“I have been buying from P&N for a decade as a family tradition. This year was a disgrace. Tree dropped needles within a few days and was more expensive than last year. I advised customer service and they asked me to provide photos which I did. Never heard back. So our tradition is broken and I will now buy elsewhere.”
