“The delivery team was incredibly nice and helpful. The tree was not great. Really bare on the top bit, and full but uneven on the bottom, if I had been picking trees out in person I never would have picked this one.”

“UPDATE: since posting the below review P&N contacted me very promptly to apologise and offer a free tree next year to make up for the error! Very impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled this. Very poor delivery service. First experience of buying a tree at pines & needles but won’t be using again. We found a lovely tree at the new Archway pop up and arranged delivery for Sunday morning. We agreed a time slot before midday Sunday as we had an appointment at lunch time. There was no sign of the tree at midday. We called and were told our tree would be delivered between 3pm and 10pm. We had to cancel our plans for the day after we specifically arranged delivery around our appointment.”
