“Waited for 6 hours, and never got a tree. Ruined a Friday night and the morning of a little girl who woke up early to decorate a tree that never came.”

“I haven't ordered anything from pines and needles this year, the reason being that we are a government funded school and the issues we had regarding payment last year were ridiculous. We cannot pay by card as we do not have one and accounts made it really difficult for us. Hence we did not order with them this year. It is a real shame as their prices are amazing, we just wish they could be a little more flexible with trusted customers.”

“Delivered wrong tree and at the wrong time - I just happened to be in. Tree was a foot shorter than requested no replacement. They ignored my email with photo proof asking for refind”

“Having just moved to London, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I decided I wanted to buy a large Christmas tree. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a very friendly and charming young lady called Margarida. She helped me choose the right size for my home and even was kind enough to give me directions to the nearest underground station. I would highly recommend Pines and Needles to anyone looking for a top-quality Christmas tree in the greater London area.”

“I've used this company for our family Christmas for the past five years, and always been happy with the service and the tree quality. Last year our tree started drying up before Christmas Day and when contacted about this Pines and Needles were very helpful and immediately offered to help. As I didn't want to spend hours taking everything off the tree to then replace it (which they were going to do free of charge) they instead offered to provide a free tree this year, which I'll be collecting this weekend. Love this company, highly recommended!”
