“The Kingston site was small, but beautifully laid out. Staff were friendly and welcoming, even keeping my kids amused while I looked at the trees. Many thanks to Shayna for helping to make choosing our tree an enjoyable experience.”

“I visited the Pine and Needles on Wandsworth High Street. Sven was incredibly helpful and friendly. I picked a wee tree for the lead up to Christmas and got some mistletoe, both of which are superb quality. Highly recommend anyone in the Wandsworth area to get their tree from here!”

“I haven't ordered anything from pines and needles this year, the reason being that we are a government funded school and the issues we had regarding payment last year were ridiculous. We cannot pay by card as we do not have one and accounts made it really difficult for us. Hence we did not order with them this year. It is a real shame as their prices are amazing, we just wish they could be a little more flexible with trusted customers.”

“Delivered wrong tree and at the wrong time - I just happened to be in. Tree was a foot shorter than requested no replacement. They ignored my email with photo proof asking for refind”
