“Pleased with the tree. Delivery was late - approx 2.30 for an 8 - 1pm slot. It would have been nice to have a phone call at or before 1 to let me know it would be late.”

“I purchased.two tress from you this year and they were very poor compared to the ones you supplied in.2012.\nIn fact I am not even prepared to put them.out on display due to how thin and sparse they are.\nI have had to get two replacements due to the urgency and am very disappointed.\n”

“We are extremely happy with the service Hassan provide. He waited for us for half an hour and tried several ways of contact until he reached us. We are very happy with the tree and the service couldn't of been better! Please send our thanks to Hassan.”

“Considering I live in Wembley and your shop is in North Wembley, my tree wasn't delivered untill after 11pm and then it was left outside without anyone letting me know it had been delivered. I had a call at 11pm to let me know it was on the way but I was in bed. I wasn't impressed with the service at all”

“My tree didn't arrive until 10.30pm which was a disappointment. the driver did apologies saying he had been delivering since 6am and did his best. The tree is great as always but i was let down on the delivery. They also didn't offer to bring the tree upstairs for me and stood with it at my front door while i had to go searching for a pen as they didn't have one on them. I was also uneasy as on the delivery notice i had to sign to say i was happy with my tree as i didn't know that to be true as it was still wrapped etc. I also never received a copy of what i signed.”

“Tree was late, I paid for a specific window and it didn't arrive....apaprently your driver "didn't know south London". We had to rearrange our plans to wait for it, then when it did arrive he tried to deliver us two trees. The head office team didn't even offer to refund the delivery fee. The decorations we ordered that were meant to be "premium" had to be self assembled make several of them un-usable. The entire experience was terrible. Your service is expensive which means you need to have top quality customer service. After using your service for about 5 years I will probably go elsewhere this year.”

“Very disappointed by how late the service has been. Paid for delivery between 1300-1800hrs. It is now almost 2000hrs and no tree. We have had to cancel evening plans. Have had to call the driver myself to get an update.”

“We paid for a premium delivery of a slot 8-13:00 on Nov. 30. Nobody ever called us and after we called you at 1:30 the driver finally arrived at 2pm with the wrong tree (much smaller). We arranged a replacement next day for 8-1pm again. Nobody ever came no phone call. Then we arranged a new delivery at 6pm-10pm and you told us that the driver would call 1 hour in advance. Finally the driver called us before the slot at 5:40 that he was 5' away and could not wait !!!! When we called you, you confirmed that you would call us back immediately. After 2 hours nobody ever called. Nightmare service !! We have spent a whole weeekend waiting and having paid a premium service and still we have not got the tree.”

“Delivery man was really friendly but we had booked a morning slot (8-1pm) and the tree didn't arrive until just before 3pm. Spent a whole morning waiting in when we didn't need to be which was a bit frustrating.”

“I have used your service for many years and I was always happy with the trees. This time the tree was covered in mud - which I couldn't brush off. Also needled a lot. It seems as if it was lying around for a long time, as the needles starting to be dry and come off already. I have complained yesterday when it was delivered and agreed to a full refund. I just wanted to let you know anyway as I don't know what went wrong as usually the tress are stunning and clean... Kind regards, Alexandra Jugovic”

“Last year my delivery arrived 3 hours late and this time 45 minutes...still late. I ordered a 9ft tree, 18" of which was the single vertical crown. For the first time I had to put the tree on a table. I have used Pines and Needles for 7 years now and I am considering changing next year. Disappointment increses each year”

“Tree is not the correct variety. It's 2 foot taller than the tree requested and a large part of the tree is already dead.”
