The glass baubles were the wrong colour and we were supposed to receive a mistletoe that did not arrive. Apart from that that all else was well. Roland

Disappointing that you didn't deliver the order of napkins which I was relying on for my Christmas table design. No notification that it was no longer available, just didn't turn up. It took me a couple of days to find time to open the box and discover they weren't there. Won't order extras from you again next year I am afraid

My order was not processed properly and I had to make several calls to ensure things were on track over a week later. I was also informed by a member of staff that the delivery fee would be waivered as delivery could not occur for several days. The information was much appreciated as it was my second order within 1 hour and the first person had said nothing. An American girl on staffing was wonderful, as was Bunty the warehouse Manager. Unfortunately though, my overall experience was not positive. Nice miniature trees, however.

Tree ok excelt bent at the top - have had to straighten it risking it breaking. The tree was delivered ok in my absence but it was open already, without netting, and made an absolute mess of the walls in the hall etc dragging such a wide tree through the flat. Not good.

The person who actually brought the tree up the stairs was unhelpful, would not remove muddy boots and destroyed the carpet on 7 floors. The tree that arrived was falling apart and I asked him to take it away. I went down to the van and the driver was superb He immediately addressed my concerned. I could not fault him. I saw his helper put the discarded tree to one side. I assumed they would put it in the van. However, when I went out later he had dumped it in my neighbours porch and it is still there. I have taken photos of this and will report it to the council of westminster with the registration number of the van which I had taken note of. My daughters were watching and intact took a video of everything so we have that also. We will provide all this to the council on 16th December after 5pm unless this tree is picked up and disposed of properly tomorrow. \nThe driver I believe was unaware, his helper was was the person responsible. I ordered a 7ft tree and got a 6* one which was cut at an angle at the base, which made it awkward to balance in stand - not good this year.

This is the third year we have ordered our Christmas tree from you and we are disappointed this year of the quality of the tree it was a poor shape and although we are watering the tree daily and it is in a cool room it is dropping and losing the needles quickly we do not think we will use you again.

Last year I ordered a 6ft tree. It was a stunning tree...beautiful. This year the "6ft" I was delivered is just under 6ft made so by a couple of curved up branches , none of which you could put a topper on. The middle bit which should be for the topper is at my chin level...5ft max. The top half is very sparse. Unfortunately a young boy was sent from the van to bring the tree to the flat. I would have appreciated being able to discuss with the adult...who at this time drove down the road. I signed for the tree. I certainly don't think being charged for a 6ft is very fair in this instance. Am happy to send the pic of last year's tree vs this year's.\nRegards,\nSarah

We had a very stressful experience over the weekend unfortunately. We had ordered a 5ft tree with a pre 12 Saturday delivery which came to around £85. When the tree arrived the tip had broken off but when we saw this the courier had already left. So we called up the sales hotline to arrange for a replacement. The sales person was very helpful - we live not very far away from your Esher outlet but do not have the means to get down there ourselves so the salesperson arranged for a replacement tree to be delivered Saturday night between 6pm and 10pm via the Esher branch. The tree never arrived. I had also been promised an email confirmation of this arrangement, that never arrived either. So on Sunday I called the sales hotline again to ask what had happened to the replacement delivery we had expected the night before, only to be told that the arrangement was not procedure. So again a replacement was arranged to arrive between 6pm and 10pm. Only that they showed up 3 hour early, thankfully we were actually at home! All in all I am very dissatisfied with the service, even though the replacement tree is good quality.

Tree arrived on time and ordering process was easy. Tree stand works well. However the tree, a Nordman fir, is dropping needles everywhere (literally hundreds) and certain branches are brown. We have had to arrange for a new one to be delivered - phone respondent was very helpful - though waiting in again is inconvenient and I am just hoping we receive a healthy tree this time!

The tree itself has a lot of brown and dried branches, looks like the last of season. \n\nThe trunk was, quote from customer services after seeing a photo I sent, "unusually larger than normal, that's probably why it doesn't fit in your stand"\n\nThe delivery men made sarcastic comments because the tree was to be delivered up to the top floor with no lift, saying "we love to walk up stairs with a big tree, we wish we could do this all year round", and "flats without a lift are the best, all this hard work, we love it" said in a very sarcastic manner. Then proceeded to wait for a tip after dumping it on the floor.\n\nMy husband had to hack off the bottom of the tree in order for it to fit our stand, as no one was able to help before Sunday and we didn't want a dying tree left in our lounge. \n\nAll in all, a very disappointing service this year. \n\nSorry for the negative feedback, my main concern was the professionalism from the drivers.\n\n\n\n

The tree is covered in mud and, although it is technically 10 foot, the bulk of the tree is more like 7 foot with a very long top, so I was very disappointed with it. The trunk is also extremely crooked. I would not have chosen this tree myself, but I understand that it is difficult if you delegate choice to someone else. In future, you should make sure the trees are not covered in mud.

Hi There\n\nWe took delivery of our tree last Sunday. Unfortunately the tree has been looking very 'droopy' since it arrived - and it has only got worse this week. It looks as though it's been out of the ground for quite some time.\n\nWe have friends coming for New Year, and we're really concerned that it isn't going to last until then - and possibly not even until Christmas Day. \n\nI'm happy to send a picture if you can confirm an email address.\n\nMany thanks,\n\nStuart

Delivery of the tree was perfect. The driver wanted to deliver early and I was home so that ws fine. The tree is 7 ft but 1/3 of it at the bottom is bold, just some branches without needles at all! Also a big part of the bark is removed from one side so I would probably need to cut a part of the bottom so it won't dry out too soon. Please let me know what you can do to remedy this!!! Driver left the tree on the doorstep with my son. Didn't even offer to move it a further 6 inches into the hallway. Shoddy service.
