I really appreciated being able to give feedback and make suggestions around the design, which the team took on board. I was also really happy that they created a logo to fit my brief. “After trying to find a place where we could be involved with the photo album process but still leave the finer touches to experts for a year we finally came across PikPerfect and I’m so glad we did. Helene was the perfect help, letting me rearrange things/suggest edits numerous times until we finally got our perfect album. I was a bit worried if the it would live up to the online version, but once it got delivered realised those worries were completely pointless. It’s genuinely perfect quality, the images shine and it allowed us to relive our special days every time we look at it. Thank you so much!”

“I honestly cannot recommend PikPerfect highly enough. From the very first contact, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with - warm, helpful, professional and genuinely invested in creating something really special. After 25 years in London, leaving was incredibly emotional, and I wanted to capture the memories of that chapter of my life in a way that I could treasure forever. PikPerfect created the most beautiful photo book for me and my two closest friends, and it is honestly everything I could have hoped for and more. The quality of the book is exceptional. Every photograph has been beautifully presented, and holding it in my hands brought back so many wonderful memories. It feels incredibly personal and beautifully made and something I know we will treasure for many years to come. What made the experience even more special was dealing with a family-run business. There was such a lovely personal touch throughout the whole process, and you could really feel the care and pride they put into what they do. Nothing felt impersonal or transactional; they genuinely wanted to make sure the finished product was perfect. Leaving London after 25 years was the end of a huge chapter of my life, but thanks to PikPerfect, I now have those memories captured forever in the most beautiful way. “It was even better than I expected when I saw it in person. I was able to speak with the PikPerfect team throughout the process to make sure the book turned out exactly how I wanted, and they were always happy to help. “What can I say, this being my second purchase from PikPerfect, certainly won't be my last. “The album process is rediculous, you can’t speak to the designers, only through email which they answer every two days. It makes the process too long. My parent album looks awful, they will not redo it . It has dirt marks on the cover and they have asked for more pictures 3 times. ,”
