“It was even better than I expected when I saw it in person. I was able to speak with the PikPerfect team throughout the process to make sure the book turned out exactly how I wanted, and they were always happy to help. “What can I say, this being my second purchase from PikPerfect, certainly won't be my last. My client was so impressed with the quality and speed of the product, has subsequently asked me back for another shoot, so without thinking about it, will be using PikPerfect again.Wouldnt look anywhere else”

“The album process is rediculous, you can’t speak to the designers, only through email which they answer every two days. It makes the process too long. My parent album looks awful, they will not redo it . It has dirt marks on the cover and they have asked for more pictures 3 times. ,”

Hi Tina, I’m sorry to hear that your experience hasn't met your expectations. Our team replies to all messages within one business day. However, because our design team is off over the weekend, messages sent on Friday evening are picked up first thing Monday morning, which can create a delay over the weekend. We stand behind our quality 100% and will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged or defective. To process a replacement, our production team just needs a clear photo in natural light to assess what happened—we are still waiting to receive one we can properly assess. “The software can be counter-intuitive at times. My book arrived with the pics not in the original chronological order. That may have been my doing during the editing process, but a "keep chronological" button would have helped. The quality of the printing and the book is very good.”
