I did NOT receive my photo album in the mail as FedEx delivered it without requiring a signature. I am still trying to get PikPerfect to respond as I have now paid A LOT of money without receiving my purchase.

Hi Susan, As soon as you informed us that the package was not received, we filed a Lost Package claim with USP, but it can take a couple of weeks for them to complete their review and get back to us. While we have no influence over how UPS delivers, we're doing all we can to keep after them and hope to get this resolved ASAP. If they are able to find the package, they will reschedule delivery. But if not, we'll reprint a new copy and ship this out to you. Sorry for the trouble and delay this has caused! Kind regards, Nick

I’ve yet to receive my book and I’ve emailed the company to find out where the album is. Have heard nothing . Very poor service

Horrible company, way overpriced, photo book came with massive errors, quality of the print is very poor, quality of the wooden box is very poor, seems like a scam

I was very disappointed in the quality of my wedding album. The pictures all had a tint that made our complexions pink and unnatural. They looked nothing like the originals.

Hi Leah, We're sorry to hear your album did not turn out as expected. The images should certainly not have a tint to them. It sounds like something may have gone wrong in production and was not caught before shipping. Absolutely disappointed. It took several months to get this book. Yes, some of the delay was on my approval but when finalized, it still took well over the 20 business days. The response I received is we’re a family owned business and to be patient. That i don’t mind - just be transparent so your buyer can plan accordingly. I ordered in early December and missed Christmas plus Feb birthday which i was going to repurpose the gift because of them being overloaded. I finally decided to google the CEOs email him which helped speed things up. The quality is good but took a lot of hand holding with the designer and patience on delivery. Yes, “slightly” cheaper than other premium providers but still expensive plus a lot of time needed to get to an artistic & non-duplicated result. Took several rounds with detailed feedback to explain that there duplicate photos in each round of revisions and the overall structure lacked artistic appeal. Very disappointed - was looking for a long term partner to continue to capture family milestones. Clearly not the skillset i expected for the price point.

Hi Shea, we're sorry to hear you were so disappointed with the service. I looked up your order and see that you chose a clean design style to start with, but then commented you found it too simple when we presented the first draft. While we can design the album in any style you want (and are happy to update it based on our feedback), it can take a couple of rounds of feedback to get a clearer understanding of what appeals to you. But once we settle on something, subsequent album designs go much faster. As these are custom-made albums, if an error is found in production, it can delay shipping by a few days. Sorry about that, but making sure we don't compromise on quality is important to us. Kind regards, Sonja

unfortunately I had a dissapointing experience with this company. The quality of printing was not good, pictures were blurry at times and some colours were not relfected in the same way as the originals. suggested design of the album looks quite bad in reality as too much blank area is left on the pages and pictures are too small as a result. I do not know if the intention here is to save on printing paint.. If you choose this company I'd recommend to re-design the pages yourself to avoid my experience. I do not feel like customer support was helpful to solve the issues that I had.

Hi Alina, I'm sorry you were disappointed with our service.  The album was designed based on the styles you choose and included four rounds of revisions based on your feedback. The printed album has exactly the same design, so we're honestly surprised by your feedback. With regards to the printing, as noted earlier during the design phase, if an image is a little blurred in the original, it will print the same way. Kind regards, Nick

Impossible to leave review until I receive goods. Been with DHL for a week and it cost me €50 for express delivery. So I have no idea what album looks like so cant leave a review

Pricing is not clear at the start of ordering, I ordered and found the price had jumped by a third which is not acceptable

To make them transparent they are listed both on our website as well as below every album draft you receive - all prices are fixed and do not change during the design process. If you have a question or doubt about something, please feel free to get in touch with your designer before purchase; they are always happy to help explain or change to an album that may better fit your budget.
