“Really happy with the albums. Had a slight issue with communication however that was overcome by using a different email address. Albums are beautifully crafted and I look forward to sharing them with friends and family in the years to come.”

“WOW! I am extremely happy with our beautiful wedding album designed by PikPerfect. They have been so friendly, professional and helpful throughout my time with them. They helped me finally create a wedding album after 10 years of marriage. I was feeling overwhelmed with the thought of creating this by myself however I found PikPerfect online and their wonderful reviews helped make my decision I would go with them. They have created the most special album and one that I have dreamt of owning for many years. I can't wait to surprise my husband on our up and coming anniversary. They listened to all of my needs and kept revising the album until I was happy. They even checked with me on a few photos that were not good quality, making sure I was happy. The album arrived in excellent time and their communication was brilliant throughout. I highly recommend PikPerfect!”

“Would definitely recommend PikPerfect and the team for your special albums. We used them for our wedding album and gave them all our photos (700+), they narrowed down the best to tell our story while also allowing us to make decisions on what to swap in/out. We loved the design of the pages, we went through a few versions where we wanted to swap photos, tweak designs or placements. The team were really quick to respond and gave us some great advice along the way on our asks about the impact on the album. We were even able to get our wedding design on to the front cover. For the service and quality these guys are great value for money.”

“From beginning to end everyone was so helpful. I needed a great deal of help....technology is not my thing. I found everyone so patient and obliging. They absolutely put together a wedding album that I know will make my daughter and her husband so happy. I ordered a lay flat album with 2 wedding photos on the cover...the album is stunning and it tells a beautiful story of their wedding day. I couldnt be more pleased...I highly recommend them to create your album. Pricing...layout...delivery was excellant. You will not be disappointed. Wenda”

“It seems impossible to find customer service these days. I was able to work with a "real" person that helped finalize my wedding album. I designed it but then those finishing touches of which pics to frame, equal spacing, pics that might not print well, best cover option (they mocked up a few option styles and pics for me), etc was a huge help from the designer. The quality of product was greater than expected. The leather is beautiful, the deluxe pages are thick and do truly lay-flat, and the color depth/sheen is exquisite. I hesitated to pay for a "box" for the album but it is worth every dollar spent. It is a beautiful box that is wooden (linen on the outside) and fits the album like a glove. You've gone this far -- get the box.”

“I have now completed 5 picture albums using PikPerfect and I could not be more satisfied. So far, my albums have been 12 x 12 lay flat books. The photo and book quality is excellent. I have asked the design team for assitance and they are extremely helpful and responsive. I am very fortunate I came upon PikPerfect's website and I will continnue to be a user.”

“I can not speak more highly of PikPerfect and the work that they did for our wedding book. I had given my partner a gift card years ago for a designed photo book. After submitting all of our photos and having PikPerfect select the best options, we began designing. Both my wife and I had many changes, going through multiple rounds of drafts and edits, and PikPerfect was always fast and prompt in their replies. We were HORRIBLE at getting back, and the process took years because we would get busy and not check-in or forget to respond. Not once were we met with any frustration or hostility, but our project designer continued to reach out to remind us. The design platform through the website was always easy to use, easy to make edits, and the representation view was very realistic compared to the final product. We finally finished and approved the final version last month, and after receiving our book we are AMAZED. The quality is incredible, the layouts look stunning in real life, and we are both so incredibly thankful for the work that the PikPerfect team did. I can not recommend this company more. They are patient, helpful, and above all offer a superior product that we will treasure for the rest of our marriage. Thanks a million to Helena and the entire team that worked on our project.”

“I used PikPerfect to create a book for my partner’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the book was excellent, beautifully printed and thoughtfully arranged. Although the is on the pricier side, it was well worth it for the craftsmanship and attention to details. The book also arrived on time, which was important for the occasion. “Absolutely brilliant service and fantastic quality album. There were custom/import fees into the UK but this was expected. I used the design device, they did a spectacular job, especially since I changed things around so much, the accommodated all my changes and the album turned out better than I imagined. “I chose PikPerfect to create my wedding album, and the final product turned out absolutely stunning. The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship is extraordinary, making it a treasure I will cherish for years to come. “Très grande qualité, le paroxisme du luxe pour un album photo que vous voulez faire durer. Les finitions sont excellentes. Nous avons choisi une couverture en velours et des pages qualité FujiArt Velvet. Vu le prix, nous nous attendions à quelque chose de très soigné, mais pas à ce point-là. Le rendu a quelque chose de "spécial". Il a un rendu unique. Vous avez l'impression d'avoir une mini galerie d'art entre vos mains. Pour que vous vous rendiez bien compte de l'épaisseur des pages en FujiArt, notre livre en 42x30 cm de 56 pages "seulement" fait 4,350 kilos! Un axe d'amélioration pour le site tout de même : le logiciel de conception d'album. Les possibilités sont un peu limitées, les manipulations de photos ne sont pas très fluides et le système n'est pas assez "intelligent" pour détecter certaines erreurs très difficiles à voir à l'oeil (nous avons par exemple mal aligné 3 photos, à 1mm près, et le système ne vous protège pas de ça ni quand vous placez les photos, ni quand vous validez le projet). Toutefois la personnalisation par l'équipe du site est gratuite, je suppose donc que vous pouvez leur demander de vérifier ce genre de choses.”

“I received the album in tact and in good condition today. "A VERY BIG HEARTY THANK YOU" The album looks GREAT !! All the photos are in perfect arrangement. The print quality is exceptional. Excellent workmanship on the box . Thank you Daniel, once again, for your patience and expertise in incorporating all the changes requested (so many of them!). It is indeed 'PiCPerfect' and preserved well, the fleeting moments of life.”
