“The team at PikPerfect identified a problem with the quality of some of our wedding photos when we first uploaded the 'final' album. They tried to help find a solution and were then extremely patient while we reverted to the original photographer to see if he had better quality versions of the photos. Once we had obtained these, PikPerfect then inserted these photos into the album for us and pointed out a couple of issues. We accepted those and have now received the completed album, with which we are delighted.”

“Helena was excellent through out my enquiries. I am so pleased with the final print of our daughter’s first photograph album, it has been beautifully prepared. I found Helena was incredibly patient, helpful, kind and attentive with all matters, for which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your time and efforts, we have wonderful memories to treasure always, many have complimented this as well.”

“I cannot fault the design service provided and the album itself is spectacular. The turnaround time was expedited to meet my anniversary date having started the design only 3 weeks prior. The only reason I havent given 5 stars for the full experience is the annoyance that the pricing and what is or is not included in the base price is not clear on the website and there are add-on prices which only become evident after you clicked through the checkout process and also after you've committed to the design work (in the case of the album presentation box). However, the company were sympathetic to this when challenged and very attentive throughout the design. 5 star end product and service in summary.”

As we offer a very customized product, anything additional you choose to add, like an optional box, is an additional charge, but the total cost of the album, with any add-ons you choose, is always listed below your album draft, so should be visible throughout the process. “Ich habe ein Fotoalbum für meine Freundin zum Jahrestag machen wollen und bin außerordentlich glücklich darüber, wie es rausgekommen ist. Die Gestaltung war relativ simpel und auch nach der Bestellung wurde ich mehrfach auf Fehler bzw. Auffälligkeiten, die beim Druck entstehen würden hingewiesen. Es ist eine wunderschönes Fotoalbum geworden, mit sehr guter Beratung, Auswahl etc.”
