“The software can be counter-intuitive at times. My book arrived with the pics not in the original chronological order. That may have been my doing during the editing process, but a "keep chronological" button would have helped. The quality of the printing and the book is very good.”

“I cannot fault the design service provided and the album itself is spectacular. The turnaround time was expedited to meet my anniversary date having started the design only 3 weeks prior. The only reason I havent given 5 stars for the full experience is the annoyance that the pricing and what is or is not included in the base price is not clear on the website and there are add-on prices which only become evident after you clicked through the checkout process and also after you've committed to the design work (in the case of the album presentation box). However, the company were sympathetic to this when challenged and very attentive throughout the design. 5 star end product and service in summary.”

“The team were great and the albums looked beautiful. My only suggested improvement was the shipping process. I got an email saying the album was ready for shipment and I'd get shipping details shortly but I didn't hear anything for two weeks and followed up and after the follow up. The album was shipped and I got the details. It seemed like it was forgotten. Everything else was fantastic so I would recommend your company for these services.”

“My books were very high quality. Pricey but I liked them. I used the design service and it was very good, but it was difficult to convey my "vision" to the designers and I just went with an existing format. Was also tricky to designate my favourite images versus those which are there to tell the story, so there were a lot of versions. The portrait format has some downsides I wasn't aware of when we printed - too many pages and the book doesn't open wide enough, so I wish I'd chosen a different layout or layflat. Also Pikperfect does smaller duplicate 'pocketbooks' which are slightly cheaper, but again not available in portrait so I missed out. Making this clearer upfront would help.”

“We ordered a premium lay flat wedding album and are delighted with the finished product. We chose to design the album ourselves, and the four rather than five star rating reflects the fact that the software system made it difficult at times to customise layouts and align images precisely. We managed to achieve what we wanted in the end, and PikPerfect were very helpful throughout, but the software made it quite a laborious process. That said, the finished album is lovely and appears to be of a very high quality - and at a very reasonable cost compared to that quoted by our wedding photographer.”

“I love the photos and the book is beautiful and well made, the only thing I did not think was worth it was the box. It comes open very easy and is really flimsy there is not very strong magnets that barely keep it together. I wish I would have looked elsewhere for a box that latches and for the amount asked I feel like this should be more well made. I do not recommend getting the box but the photo book is fantastic and old recommend this.”

“I ordered the 12x12 layflat album and the quality is incredible. Pages are very thick and the book is heavy (I used about 280 photos). If you're like me and struggle with creativity, I highly recommend using a designer. It's very easy to provide feedback and we worked together to switch up color and black-and-white photos, create two-page spreads, and switch out photos. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the designer wasn't very communicative, and never answered my questions about font options and different covers. Regardless, I love the final product!”
