“Awful I ordered some boot for my wife’s Christmas and they took my money but then said my bank card was showing fraudulent activity. I called my bank and they said it was nonsense because they wouldn’t be able to tell. I got a refund a few days later. Shoddy service I will never use these again!! I went else where and… guess what??!!! My card was fine!!!”

“Initial ordering was rather confusing as I wanted to pick it up from store rather than get it delivered but wasn't able to get stock checked or ordered over the phone, but it worked out OK. Store seemed a little short-staffed by having to also deal with phone queries as well as in-store customers but staff were very pleasant. Will try to get pet food from them again to support a local business.”

“Excellent service. They had both the dry kibble & wet dog food which saves ordering from two different places & paying two lots of postage like I have had to in the past. Very quick delivery by courier. Could not ask for better service & price is comparable to other online retailers.”

“Can't thank PetnPony enough as I have spent so much time looking for my dog's particular dog food, that all my usual suppliers lately never have it in stock. Then the few that do have added on a good £15 extra for the 12 cans. Hadn't heard of PetnPony so thought would give them a try as not only had they got my dog food in, but it was also an excellent price. Furthermore, they kept me up to date with my delivery which arrived swiftly and well-packaged. Great use of dates too, I was well pleased. Definitely will be using them again.”

“Petnpony informed me that there was problems with the supplier and when I explained that my dog (who is large) has a specific diet and can only have Burns dog food or she is very ill! And they were helpful and delivered part of the order which I needed the most before I ran out”

“I ordered the wrong food because the website isn’t very clear on Canagan cat vs dog food. Returns are super expensive over 2kg. As a first time customer, I’d hoped there’d be a reasonable price for returns but they offered nothing. I’ll not buy from them again, will give the food to my neighbours dog and shop locally”

“Absolutely disgusted with the service with pet and pony....my partner ordered a xxs Mulberry Weatherbeeta riding coat for my birthday...we received a small black coat!! Rang them immediately to inform them that the order was completely wrong and would like the correct coat sent out asap as it was a gift...the lady was completely unhelpful and wasnt interested in the slightest that it was a gift!! We now have to take a photo of the wrong it and send it to them before they will give us a returns form or send us the correct coat...we will now ask for a complete refund and purchase from another supplier..will not use Pet and Pony again”
