“My goods didn’t arrive so I emailed them but regreably I did not receive a reply. Sorted it out with the carrier company myself.”

“I ordered from pet n pony by accident as I clicked on it thinking it was my usual supplier. (the price was the same as my usual supplier) however there was a £3.99 delivery fee added which is not the same as my usual supplier. So I actually paid £3.99 more for exactly the same product and the charge was not made clear until it was too late. The service was as good as my usual supplier but just more expensive.”

“Thank you I would suggest marking on the packaging which way up it needs to be transported as the bottle had leaked by the time I received it I hope this is helpful”

“Petnpony were fine. It is a shame that they use DPD for their deliveries. My delivery was delayed 3 times and I had to go and buy food for my dogs elsewhere”

“Boots were lovely when they arrived and communication was good. However I had to wait a long time for the boots to be delivered because they were actually out of stock when I ordered. It would’ve been helpful to have known that before I placed the order.”

“Good quality boots but as ever the full were to high and the medium would not do up on our 15.1hh Connie x ID. All boots with the exception of one brand but only in brushing boots are made with the thoroughbred in mind. We have tried 13 brands of boots some tendon other xc but all have the same issue. Given up!”

“A mixed review I’m afraid. Under normal circumstances I’d write how I felt but these aren’t normal circumstances. Your staff are working, you sent the food. A bit of stress and worry in between I can put down to the very unusual circumstances. I have the dog food I’m very happy about that. I appreciate your staff working in these scary times.”

Hi Howard We checked your order and can see it was delivered in 7 working days. This is longer than usual due to the courier holding the parcel in the depot for a few days which we apologise for. Sorry for the delay regards PetnPony

“Didn’t get what I ordered, but agreed to have the item that was sent, did mention in a later email perhaps because of their mistake they could send me a token item that would make the item more like the item I previously wanted but nothing was sent or acknowledged”
