“I would steer clear of this Company. Goods sent to wrong address and I had to walk the streets and knock on doors to find out where it was. Absolutely shocking service. Whilst it was DHL that delivered incorrectly the support from this Company was very, very poor. AVOID.”

Hi Hayley, thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm sorry your parcel ended up causing this much stress. You're right that DHL delivered to a neighbour without leaving a card or letting you know, which should never have happened, and we understand why that was frustrating. As soon as you flagged it as missing, we opened an investigation with DHL and had also offered to send a replacement straight away if the original couldn't be traced, so you weren't left without a resolution while we chased it up. There was also some initial confusion on our side tracking the right parcel, as the order number we were given pointed to a different order, which cost us some time we'd have rather spent solving the actual problem. We're glad the parcel was eventually found, but we're sorry the overall experience fell short of what you should expect from us, and we'll be feeding this back to DHL directly. “I desperateley needed some Royal Canin medicated biscuits for my elderly cat. My vet couldn't get some in time before we would have run out. Pet N Pony had one bag available and Lucy could not have been nicer and more helpful to make sure they were despatched that day by courier. Fantastic service and I would recommend Pet N Pony without hesitation.”
