“Bought a saddle for my daughters pony she loves it and it was packaged very well and came with a cover as well delivered was good and they had the best price for a new wintec saddle if we need anything for our other pet we will more than likely use again”

“As a new customer I was very impressed and pleased with my purchase. Super super fast free delivery, very easy smooth transaction, well packaged, great communication and finally fantastic price for the Orijen dog food I ordered. I will certainly buy my dogs food from here again when I next need to order it. Thank you.”

“I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The delivery was fantastic—fast, well-packaged, and arrived exactly when expected. The quality of the Ariat shoes is outstanding. They're incredibly well made, comfortable from the first wear, and clearly built to last. You can really tell the attention to detail and craftsmanship that goes into them. I'll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend both the store and Ariat shoes to anyone looking for quality footwear.”

“Purchased for my 9 year old grandaughter who is horse mad, riding, playing with her extensive horse related toys. She was delighted with Popcorn ( she chose the model) which is enough for me! Well made model in my opinion.”

“The delivery to Germany went fast. But I had to pay 20€ (about 17 Pounds) tax to the mail employee at the door in addition to the delivery fee of 11.95€ to Germany that was indicated in the order. It should be mentioned during the order process on your Website that you have to pay an additional tax fee.”

Hi Nicole, thank you for your review and we're glad the delivery to Germany arrived quickly. We're sorry the customs charge came as a surprise. Since the UK left the EU, orders shipped from the UK to Germany can be subject to import VAT and handling fees, which are collected by the local postal service or courier on delivery. These charges are set and collected by the German authorities, so unfortunately they're outside our control and not something we can include in our checkout total. That said, you're absolutely right that this should be clearer — we're reviewing how we display this information during checkout for EU customers so there are no surprises at the door. “Didn’t send my item until I rang to ask where it was as I’d paid extra for quick delivery for my granddaughters birthday, to be told ‘ohh’ they must have had a system error, they then sent them straight out on next day delivery, which took 3 days to arrive, missed the birthday and when I complained not a hint of a refund of my extra delivery I paid extra for. Not happy.”

You paid extra for quick delivery so your granddaughter's present would arrive in time for her birthday, and we let you down first with the system error that delayed your order being dispatched, and then again when the delivery took longer than it should have. Missing a birthday is exactly the kind of thing express delivery is meant to prevent, and we completely understand your frustration. We have now refunded the postage on your order in full, and this should appear back on your original payment method within 3–5 working days. We're also looking into what caused the dispatch error so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Once again, our sincere apologies to you and your granddaughter. regards PetnPony
