“I purchased fly cream which was suggested by the staff and my gorgeous shetland pony is healing ,something that actually works The lass even looked on the computer for me to find the shade of blue jods I was after which they hadn't in stock very good of them would recommend”

“Ordered on line to collect at store. Staff were so helpful and friendly, took my dog and he got lots of fuss. Never had any issues shopping here, whether popping in or ordering on line and the staff have always been approachable and helpful (carrying goods to car for one example) The food I buy for my dog (Royal Canin) is so much cheaper than other superstores”

“I am very impressed by the excellent service you provide. In February last year I was searching for muck boots, style Chore. I eventually found that your company had some in stock. On contacting you I was advised that you did in fact have some. I immediately ordered two pairs on your website and this was dealt with promptly and I was highly delighted to receive my boots soon after. Finding out recently that I had worn one pair out I telephoned your office and to my delight you still had some in stock. I went on line and ordered another pair and these were delivered in less than 24 hours! Well done to all concerned, your staff are a credit to you. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone. WELL DONE.”

“I’ve visited the store a few times but will not be using their click and collect service. Placed order and didn’t hear anything. Follow up email was answered the following morning telling me my order was in store. When I arrived at store, the young woman on the till miserably asked for my number - despite mine being the only apparent order behind her! She passed the 4 bags of dog food to me without so much as a thanks. Thoroughly disappointed and did expect better. Will need some drastic reason for returning to the store. Shame as I would rather support local business than large chains…but you have to do better with your customer service!”

“Eskadron is one of my favourite equestrian retailers. The gilet is a quality item n much cheaper than others. Delivery was only slow because of Royal Mails diversion to another county 🙄. Will add PetnPony to my list of retailers to look at. Thank u!”
