“I would steer clear of this Company. Goods sent to wrong address and I had to walk the streets and knock on doors to find out where it was. Absolutely shocking service. Whilst it was DHL that delivered incorrectly the support from this Company was very, very poor. AVOID.”

“I desperateley needed some Royal Canin medicated biscuits for my elderly cat. My vet couldn't get some in time before we would have run out. Pet N Pony had one bag available and Lucy could not have been nicer and more helpful to make sure they were despatched that day by courier. Fantastic service and I would recommend Pet N Pony without hesitation.”
