“It was my first time ordering from PetnPony. Due to DHL didnt deliver on time i spoke Abby who was extremely helpful polite and caring. She went the extra mile to find out information and rang me back whe she said she would. Excellent customer service. Thank you”

“Service is horrible. Ordered 2 batches and they stated they’d both be ready in time for when I required them, that day came, they didn’t arrive and in fact they could only deliver one package. They promised time and time again the package would be delivered, almost a week from when it was originally promised to be delivered it had finally arrived, and by that point, the product was no longer required. From ordering to order arriving, it took a total of 2 weeks I won’t be ordering anything from here anymore as it’s all talk and no actual action taken.”

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m sorry your experience with us fell short of what you expected. You ordered in good time for when you needed the items, and they didn’t arrive when you needed them. That’s understandably frustrating, and the wait for the delivery made it worse. I completely understand why you were let down. We’ve looked at what happened with this order and are reviewing our processes, both for items we order in from suppliers and for how we keep customers updated, to reduce the chance of this happening again.
