“I was really happy with my purchase of the Chore Boot from The Muck Boot Company, £14 cheaper than Amazon and the delivery to rival it, would definitely use them again. Boots are fab, I always buy this brand and these haven't let me down either.”

“Very fast shipping and well packaged. The dog bed was great quality, and was notably cheaper than the bigger pet stores around us. Super happy with the whole process and would much rather support a friendly family-run small business than a heartless big corporate store. Even their email updates and check-ins were friendly! “I ordered a new riding hat for my daughter after a recent accident where her other one took the brunt of the force. After a little while I had to email them to ask them when the item would be dispatched. They replied promptly and politely advising that they had sold out at point of purchase and had to wait for supply to arrive to fulfill my order. This delayed my daughter’s return to riding due to the order being late. They were very apologetic and explained fully, maybe this was a one off but it certainly has made me think twice about using them for something that is required quickly, but I would still buy from them for something not needed urgently.”

“I was pleased to have my 12kg bag of kibble delivered due to the weight and size ordered. Because of the Easter weekend it took slightly longer to be delivered, but when I contacted my Pet and Pony shop the assistant was very helpful. Thank you”
