Item (tea towel) was very badly printed. I have tried to contact the company using the form on their website but have been completely ignored. Really unhappy as this was a present. Shocking customer service. Avoid this company.

My order was lost. I had to make endless calls to SixtyStores, as Personalise does not have a phone number or e-mail address, and does not reply to the 'form'. When I did eventually receive the order, it was incorrect, badly packaged, and poorly presented. Cheap looking pencils and not a good gift. I have just seen others on sale for a fraction of the price, and much much better looking ones too. I would never use this company again. Never ever. Quite dreadful service. I had no exchange of communication with Personalise whatsoever.

Absolutely diabolical service. Would never order anything from this company again. I would not waste your time or money. Again extremely shoddy customer service.

Not happy. I had a problem with the website saying my email address was incorrect. Helpful woman at help.sixty stores called Natasha sorted that. When I tried to pay the payment page didn't appear and it kept returning to page where you enter your details. Natasha advised me to call to place the order. The man took my order but the confirmation email showed no message was included. I sent a request to say this was missing received a ticket saying I would be contacted in a day. This was the 16th.Now on the 20th still not had a response and still not received my item. Sorry but not impressed at all.

My order is damaged (jewellery box has glue residue and speckles all over the mirrored glass. I have asked for a new one, but no response from customer service team!

I was waiting for along time until my order came , and when it came the date on the puzzle was wrong. You guys also dont answer my emails over and over again. i will never use your company again

I ordered the personalised Gin & Tonic Glass without realising that you had to state the person's name with an apostrophe 's' at the end if you wanted it to read 'Emma's Gin & Tonic'. I got the glass back to see it had 'Emma Gin & Tonic' engraved on to it. I emailed them to ask if they could help me rectify the mistake (I was willing to pay!), but they responded by telling me that they could not help me. The glass also took well over 10 days to be delivered. A very poor service that I would not recommend.

Ordered a product with personalised.co.uk and never received it. Was charged for the item and when I reached out to enquire where it is, still I never received a response. I’ve emailed again and tried to call and still nothing. Been robbed for an item I never received, would not recommend this website.

it's been damaged and it looks like it was done before shipping it's chipped and it looks like it's been covered up and some of it has chipped back off really dissapointed and i also payed for gift wrap which it didnt come with either and i couldn't do anything on the after care team because none of the numbers on my email are my order number

I ordered a personalised engraved shot glass for my friend's birthday. It still hadn't arrived after 3 weeks since order date so I got in touch with Personalise. I was told it should have arrived and no further help was offered. I couldn't find it at post office or with neighnours and no card had been left. So I emailed again asking for help regarding courier details and tracking. On this occasion, they offered to make a new one and re-send. This time it was tracked and arrived a few days later. So I was pleased with this part of the service. However, the 'engraved' personalised shot glass I ordered has actually been printed (not engraved) and a number of letters had already rubbed off (see photos). I emailed again to state that I wasn't happy as I couldn't give this as a gift with letters missing and I have not heard back from Personalise since.

I never received the book I ordered. When I emailed about it after the 10 working days I was told wait for another few days, which I did. Still it never arrived. I was fully refunded though

The delivery was late, I emailed the company 3 times before I received a reply. I missed giving an item as a birthday gift, admittedly I did receive 10% off but this didn't really compensate me. Probably won't use again or recommend.

I ordered a personalised glasss flute as a present when it arrived the engraving was right for a 70th birthday but had 21 on glass i got in touch and there said they would send me the right one in 24 hrs, 48hrs later still not received it and had no reply to email that i sent and the birthday has now passed who the present was for, so i am not happy withthis service .

We're extremely sorry about this, as soon as we found the mistake we have produced and dispatched a replacement on urgent delivery, we also replied within a few hours of all emails however they seem to have been caught in the customers junk mail folder.

I am very disappointed with my order... Or lack of order should I say. I ordered two items from your website for my husband birthday a month ago and STILL waiting on one of the items. I got an email to say they would be sent at different times but this is just ridiculous!! It has completely put me off internet shopping altogether let alone this site!
