Shoddy workmanship. Box came with pen marks all over. Doesn’t close properly. Clearly a rushed job. After sales don’t respond after initial complaint email. Avoid!

Photo album has come damaged and I’ve used your damaged page and had no response back. It’s bubbled on the front, dirty marks on the front. Spine of the book is dented and there is glue on the inside page. Not happy and not worth what I payed.

Ordered items for next day delivery and they did not arrive, had to wait a further day for my order. Was then told I could not have a refund on my postage as I now have my items. Would not use again.

Ordered an item on the 17th to arrive by the 24th for a friends' birthday. The ordered stated it would be delivered by the 22nd. Still not arrived. Their customer services department is woeful. Emails sent but not replied to. As for the order, the birthday came and went with no gift. Disappointed doesn't even come close.

I placed an order got 1 email that won't open then another not long after that also won't open it's just blank. There was nothing to say how long the order would take and it's been a 5/6 days and I haven't heard anything. I don't think I'll be ordering again
