Really disappointed with the service I’ve received from this company. I’ve been sent the wrong item and I’ve emailed them 3 times now in the passed week and the problem is still yet to be solved. My order was for a birthday present and the persons birthday has gone now as it wasn’t sorted in time.

Order personalized shot glass & miniature bottle of Jagermeister as a Christmas present for £8.99 + delivery. Shot glass arrived & was perfect but was missing the miniature Jagermeister. I messaged immediately & received reference & told it would be reviewed within 2 days. I have since messaged probably 10 times without a response. Obviously we’re not talking a lot of money, thank god, but the customer service is appalling. Emails go to Sixty Stores

I ordered a present for Christmas, in plenty of time. I didn’t find out until AFTER Christmas when I got a refund through PayPal that something must’ve been wrong. I didn’t receive any information from ‘Personalise’ so I emailed them myself, asking the reason for the refund. Apparently the item was out of stock, and they couldn’t fulfil my order. Had I known this BEFORE Christmas when I placed the order, there wouldn’t have been an issue! But the fact they wouldn’t have even contacted me is infuriating. Serious lack of customer service and communication!

My order of 2 mugs was packaged in just paper and both mugs are smashed. Ruining someone’s Christmas present from me. I’m absolutely disgusted by the poor packaging. I would like a refund or 2 more resent properly packaged for ASAP delivery.

If there was an option for -0 stars i would have done it!. This company is shocking! I ordered an item from this company for a personalised cheese board and 2-3 days later i received an enail to say my money had been refunded. No explanation or reason for this. I emailed the company to ask the reason for the refund and they asked for my details to look into this, which i sent straight away. Since then no correspondence what so ever! This was ordered as a Christmas present so now unable to have enough time to reorder from another company to get a delivery in time. SHOCKING

Was not happy at all with my purchase. I cancelled my order within 5 minutes of ordering and did not get a refund and the company went through with putting my order through production and did not give me a refund, despite cancelling my order 5-10 minutes after ordering!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!

Hi, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to read your disappointment. Due to the nature of personalised products, we are only able to cancel and refund orders before they have been produced/personalised. All our orders are sent automatically and most orders go into production straight away.

The clock came to be filthy and had to be cleaned and on the clock there’s a scuff that cannot be cleaned and to warn you the clock is tiny a teacup is bigger than it.

No option to track delivery. Ordered on the 9th December and still no sign of delivery. Been given a review to write as of it's been delivered when in reality it could be anywhere

Ordered on the 6th December and still waiting for my Order to arrive. When I contacted you, I just got emailed to say it was dispatched on the 11th December. It’s now the 19th. I’m still waiting. I’ve received no tracking information. Not very reliable.

The product is as I expected but I found the customer service to be awful. I emailed and used contact options on website numerous times, as I wanted to change order to another item, and got 1 response asking for more info. I will not use them again

The item I received was not as advertised. The feather was not included and the personalisation really faint and hardly seen. Very poor and unhelpful response from customer service Would not recommend this site to anyone.
