I checked my personalisation as instructed before proceeding to checkout, then when my receipt came through it stated no personalisation on all three items I purchased. I emailed the company straight away to check but received blank items the next day. Whilst I can commend the speed of delivery, I now have three items I cannot use and I dont have time to return before fathers day. And nobody had responded to my emails on the matter either. Now I will have to spend more money getting them personalised elsewhere. Sorry but would not recommend.

Very very disappointed with the order as it took 10 days to arrive from when the order was made. I will not buy anything from here again.

I ordered by item on the 15th of April and it’s 27th April now. A lady ‘naomi’ emailed me saying ‘ Unfortunately, your order P-00088916 has been returned to us today, with the reason for the return as 'RM return not called for'. But when I emailed back they send me the same email again. I called them and was cut of three times and finally got through only for the woman on the phone be rude & ignorant, no apology for not having my item sent and blamed it on the pandemic and then cut me off! Appalling service and so so rude!

Hi, Thank you for your review. I can confirm your order was returned to us by Royal Mail, due to the delivery address being incorrect. You have confirmed the correct address and your order has now been resent for delivery by Royal Mail.

Placed an order on 18th April. No confirmation was sent to my designated email address. Queried this 2 days ago via my other email and was told a member of the team would be back 'typically within 2 working of' Hasn't happened. This does not give me much confidence that I am dealing with an efficient company. I have no idea whether this has been delivered yet. I'm guessing not. So far, so unimpressed.

I made a purchase and paid extra for Next Day delivery. It took 6 days for my order to arrive. I didn't receive a receipt or confirmation email upon purchase. It was only when I emailed them that they decided to send out my confirmation. I would have liked to have cancelled my order and have a refund. However, due to not being sent my receipt or confirmation email I was not able to. When I contacted them, they refused to as 'the order had already been processed. I then emailed a formal complaint and was completely ignored. I am disgusted by the lack of customer care and support and will not be ordering from here again. If you want next day delivery, I wouldn't bother. They fail to tell you that it's next day delivery from when they have completed the order; not next day delivery from purchasing.

Ordered item on monday, still have not received it and this is Thursday, very very disappointed,as it was to put into the coffin of my nephew aged 15 who we buried this morning, not even an Email? Will not be using this site again.mr Joseph Mcferran.

Yet to receive order despite paying for next day delivery. Tried to contact via website link but advised me to try again later.No telephone number. Very poor service. How can you ask for a review before transaction is complete. Very disappointed as vase needed to be here for leaving gift .

So far I’ve not even received my parcel, which I ordered last Thursday for Easter Sunday, I haven’t had any emails to tell me anything other than confirmation of my order and to write a review on a parcel I still haven’t received, I’m a delivery driver, so no surprise it’ll probably end up being delivered 3 moths late by Hermes even though a paid £5.95 for delivery 24 hours after production

Bought a trinket box for my granddaughters 18th. It arrived in a bent up cheap looking box. Very poor quality trinket box. It was much smaller than I imagined and the lid is quite loose. I wouldn't recommend it.

Still not heard back re the chocolate smash trees, looks like the ticket has been lost. Personalised that send generic emails. Will never visit this useless company again.

A confirmation email of my purchase and an approximate date of delivery both sadly missing. I note you were very quick to take the money out of my bank account and I am left with no written guarantee. Very poor. Unable to answer he next 4 questions as still have no idea when my purchase is likely/unlikely to be delivered

Where do I start...ordered pink choc smash cup on the 9th fed did not arrive until the 20th that was after I emailed as to where my order was..when it did arrive it was the totally wrong item..totally dissapointed and dissatisfied with the service..I have emailed 3 times now and still no reply from them..won't be using them again..item is still in box as unable to return....obviously they rushed the order throu without looking at the item in which I ordered.

Did not receive a confirmation email, therefore ordered the same thing again. Soon as that happened I emailed the company. Yet that was not soon enough as it was already in production and I was refused a refund and then ignored! Awful and wouldn’t recommend or shop there again. Also, paid extra for faster delivery (48h after production) and still not got anything.

Checked out with personal message missing, contacts them still waiting on reply, now arrived with no words. Still no reply. Don’t use unless you are prepared for a joke trying to contact them. I suppose losing the odd customer is nothing to them. Never again

Received clock promptly but not happy with the standard. The rainbow sticker does not cover the wooden back and the cloud sticker was not stuck down properly and is lifting off. Contacted after sales and still no reply after a week, states there would be a reply usual within 2 days.
