Ordered and payed for next day delivery, with no other updates following payment, no heads up about delivery and after they deliver leaving it outside and I have no order for an important event. Contact them asking them to make it right, however they have stopped answering and hidding. Would not recommend if you don't want to be left without your order”

“Having recently purchased an engraved brandy glass with minature bottle of brandy gift set, I was more than disappointed when the glass arrived in a cardboard box and the minature brandy was in bubble wrap. When I ordered the gift set it was pictured with a blue satin lined box. Advert is totally misleading, how do I go about returning item for a refund?”
