“Since I was ordering from Canada to be delivered in London the ordering process was somewhat confusing. I eventually (through several email exchanges with employees ) disovered I needed to put the London address as both billing and delivery address and pay by PayPal. Once this was figured out the ordering was easy and the items were delivered very quickly. They loved the items and especially enjoyed putting the chocolate Christmas tree together!”

“Do not order from this company! No delivery update for 2 weeks only to say they refunded my order and no email whatsoever. Its christmas and i got no time to order again as this was supposed to be a xmas present! Very disappointed. No refund till now.”
