“They took my money and I never received my order and there was no way of contacting them as on the contact us page / after sales customer services when I tried to submit an email it was unable to send. I tried several times and it kept saying ‘unable to submit your request please try again later’. Complete scam do not purchase from this website.”

“Beware you will not get a confirmation e-mail to confirm your order. Very important if purchasing an engraved item. Beware there is no way to contact this company other than through digital contact which also gets ignored. Received a glass without any engraving. There are really good websites out there which provides a decent service and follow up e-mails. Please think carefully before you use this website.”
