“I ordered and double checked the personalisation before completing. Baubles arrived with no personalisation. I asked customer services if I can return the baubles but was informed that personalised items cannot be returned. I am very disappointed and I feel like I have been conned. Customer Service is non existent, no phone numbers available. The only plus side was the speed the Christmas baubles arrived.”

“I ordered a personalised bauble for my older daughter’s first Christmas back in 2020. When my second daughter was born this year, I wanted to buy her the same one for her first Christmas. I was so pleased they still stocked it and so put my order in. The design process was so easy and so I could easily replicate the design of the first bauble and the preview option is a great tool. The bauble arrived really quickly and is beautiful. It has been put in my daughters stocking ready for Christmas morning!”

“Whilst the products are amazing and I love them, what i don’t like was the fact that you don’t get order confirmation! Being a new mum sleep deprived back working at Christmas I couldn’t remember if I ordered the personal listed baubles. I couldn’t find any emails and I couldn’t pin point on our bank the transaction. So I reordered! To know have 4 of the personalised baubles! (2 each the same) it’s our mistake to make but when I couldn’t find confirmation email I panicked.”
