“Was totally shocked with this company. The website didnt register that I had added my sons name to personalise pencil and pensilcase. When I contacted them they were not helpful at all and said the error was on my side. I still have not recieved my item. They did not send me a confirmation email either so no way of tracking my order or asking where it is. Will not be ordering from them again and will be asking for a refund”
