A little disappointed with the quality of personalisation on the vase. It isn’t “engraved” as I was expecting it to be, more of a transfer which feels like it will wear off fairly easily with a couple of washes (in fact there were white smears still on the vase which needed to be wiped off) and the text appears to be on the back of the vase rather than within the decorative heart on the front. Having said that, it is a lovely vase and arrived extremely quickly and well packaged. Not a big deal, but I didn’t receive despatch or delivery courier emails, which are always helpful.
