“The online ordering app was easy to use. It would be useful if you could track your order. I required the item as a present and used the e-mail contact to ask if my order had been dispatched. I received a very prompt reply with the dispatch date which was really good. Bit disappointed with the item, a ring box, as the box doesn’t have the padding inside to insert the ring. Would be a recommendation that a ring box has that padding. For my gift the ring is just laying in the box which spoils the presentation to the recipient in my view. Also there is a mark on the silver box lid that is permanent (a small black scratch/line). That said it was a good on line shopping experience and I would recommend and use the site again.”
