“AVOID - RUDE, INCORRECT PRODUCT, WASTE OF MONEY Ridiculously poor customer service, website is faulty and will not allow you to add personalisation, when added to basket, personalisation lines show up as [NONE] despite adding the personalisation multiple times!! Emailed immediately after purchasing the cufflink box explaining the situation with their website and specifying the personalisation & received rude replies saying 'they will not add the personalisation' and my emails were ignored!! I have received a blank box, unpersonalised today, 8 days after purchasing. Waste of money, no phone number to contact them and they ignore emails. Absolutely appalling service - AVOID!!”

“Wedding planner has just arrived, packaging was amazing (felt t like I was opening a birthday present) and packaging inside was great to keep it all From not bending! Happy with what I have bought, would highly recommend and will be reordering again thanks”
