I was very happy with the photo frame & the engraving the only slight criticism I would have is not knowing when it would arrive, you pay extra but it took over a week to arrive so it starts 3-4 days after it is has been completed but how long does it take to complete? It also won’t allow you to ignore the additional charge of £4.95 so it does not give you a choice and this not made very clear from the outset. Otherwise the actual product is very good.
