The product is as I expected but I found the customer service to be awful. I emailed and used contact options on website numerous times, as I wanted to change order to another item, and got 1 response asking for more info. I will not use them again

The item I received was not as advertised. The feather was not included and the personalisation really faint and hardly seen. Very poor and unhelpful response from customer service Would not recommend this site to anyone.

1st time ordering from this company!!!! My goodness which I had never bothered total wrong name on my order & trying to get a refund (11.95) is a NIGHTMARE honestly avoid avoid avoid I would not give this company any stars but I have had to give it 1 to leave a review......in future I will be reading reviews before I order anything from company which I have never ordered off!!!!

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a bauble for my little girl’s first Christmas. Once I’d placed the order I noticed there was an error in spelling so I quickly (within 5 mins) emailed and made a request to cancel the order so I could re-order with the correct text. I received a confirmation of receipt saying that someone will come back to me within 2 days. I heard nothing so I chased and chased with no answer. 10 days later the bauble arrived with the wrong text. I contacted them again with no response. In the end I used messenger to contact them, I received a reply to say they couldn’t locate my emails (even though I had already sent them via screenshot on messenger) and that they couldn’t refund or replace the product. The after sales service of this company is a disgrace and I’ll never buy or recommend again. I’m now stuck with a bauble that isn’t correct and I’ve had to throw it in the bin. Very disappointed!

I placed an order, and noticed a typo in my engraving request. The request to cancel the order was made within 10min of the order being placed. Almost 3 days later, I am informed that my order is already in production, and therefore cannot be cancelled. Unbelievable and completely unacceptable.

Very unhappy as my order arrived just in time for putting on the Christmas tree but the order was completely wrong. I doubt if a replacement will be received in time for Christmas.

Well where do I start. I would not recommend this website to anyone. When purchasing my order I gave the correct details that needed to be personalised on the product. When I received my email confirmation the details where incorrect. I emailed the website explaining my issue and asked them to change the details. I was told by the very unhelpful Gemma at Customer Services that this was not possible. I explained and provided evidence of my issue. However the answer was still no it’s too late to change. I was struggling to understand how their mistake was my problem. My issue is still ongoing. I have received the product which I now have to rectify for myself. I will not be purchasing from this website again and suggest others avoid.

The message on the bauble had nearly all rubbed off.Very disappointed as it was a special item I had ordered for the 1st xmas without my mum

Hi I have already emailed a week ago and had no response. I have attached photos the writing on the baubles is unreadable on some of the words. Can you either replace ASAP or provide me a refund. Thanks

I purchased 2 items, one I'm happy with and the other I'm disappointed with. I 've sent an enquiry to Personalise.co.uk with an image of the problem - no response. Left it a week, then emailed - no response. Not a very satisfactory service at all.
