“I’m sorry I can’t write a review when I’ve had no update on my order or if it’s been dispatched yet not heard anything since I paid tbh so a review write now is not do able but if it hasn’t arrived in time before my partner’s birthday I will need to go through refund process”

“I appreciated how way the shopping and personalisation experience was, but the lack of information, or difficulty finding information regarding how long manufacturing takes place has been frustrating. Having paid for shipping, it’s disappointing to have no way to track the progress of the manufacturing to have an idea of when it will ship and arrive, hopefully it eventually does - but I won’t know when to expect it! Which isn’t ideal for what’s intended to be a birthday present.”

“I ordered the smash chocolate cup for my friends 30th birthday. It arrived quickly and it looks fantastic. I wanted to tuck into it there and then but thankfully resisted temptation. A dream come true for all those chocoholics out there.”

“Ordered a card and a smash chocolate cup and only received the card. Also did not receive a confirmation email when I purchased. Was still charged for both card and cup. Will not be shopping here again. Will be excepting the cup to be sent out or a refund ASAP.”

“Though we liked the product we ordered, the delivery was longer than expected. With Covid-19 happening I accepted it would be longer. However, I wanted an up-date on a rough delivery time. I sent an email and I am still waiting for a reply, the email was sent on the 11/05/2020”
