“quite easy to use the website and navigate your way through it. Juat wish devery time was qucker really but the quality of the products are good. I ordered a key ring and i was expecting it to be bigger than it actualy was because the photos made it seem bigger but it was all right. i probably wouldnt use this website agan just because delivery is long”

“Order personalized shot glass & miniature bottle of Jagermeister as a Christmas present for £8.99 + delivery. Shot glass arrived & was perfect but was missing the miniature Jagermeister. I messaged immediately & received reference & told it would be reviewed within 2 days. I have since messaged probably 10 times without a response. Obviously we’re not talking a lot of money, thank god, but the customer service is appalling. Emails go to Sixty Stores”

“I ordered a present for Christmas, in plenty of time. I didn’t find out until AFTER Christmas when I got a refund through PayPal that something must’ve been wrong. I didn’t receive any information from ‘Personalise’ so I emailed them myself, asking the reason for the refund. Apparently the item was out of stock, and they couldn’t fulfil my order. Had I known this BEFORE Christmas when I placed the order, there wouldn’t have been an issue! But the fact they wouldn’t have even contacted me is infuriating. Serious lack of customer service and communication!”
