“Have just received my engraved glass for my boss retirement and I’m so pleased with it . It’s just the most personal and unique present . Also the 50 th personalised key ring is lovely too . The glitter is really sparkly . Such a seamless transaction and such a super quick delivery . I’m super impressed well done to your team”

“My order of 2 mugs was packaged in just paper and both mugs are smashed. Ruining someone’s Christmas present from me. I’m absolutely disgusted by the poor packaging. I would like a refund or 2 more resent properly packaged for ASAP delivery.”

“I placed an order for a personalised wallet on 18th December. The website didn’t guarantee delivery for Christmas for orders made after 15th December so I was delighted when it arrived today - 23rd December. One little boy will be so happy as it’s his Christmas gift to his Daddy.”
