“A great product which was well received as a present. A bit smaller than it looked in the picture but still good quality solid chocolate. Customer service was not so good, received an automated email at the time of order then nothing else until the product arrived more than a week later. I telephoned to get an expected date of delivery and was told to expect a tracking number but nothing came. One hopes it’s all down to these difficult times”
