“I've used this company many times before and find the products and engraving good value and nice quality. Despite the website confirming last week that items with an aeroplane symbol can be sent directly abroad I was unable to place my order for 3 items. I contacted the company via email, 1st person was unhelpful but I emailed again and received an answer back in 24 hrs. The website had then be altered to say overseas deliveries were withdrawn, not exactly helpful when I'd lost time figuring out how I could do this. James at Personalise stepped in confirm directly with the engravers how long my order would take given the delays with restricted working due to lockdown and to get the order posted to me as a priority. Communication was excellent, my order of 3 items arrived today (3 days later ahead of the 5 days anticipated) and is now repackaged on their way to Australia. All the items are really lovely. Thank you James.”
