“I ordered a pair of personalised glasses for my daughters wedding when they arrived one glass was completely smashed ! I asked that the order was replaced so i could take it to the wedding in Italy and gave them the day i was going - they couldnt guarantee I would have them so I had to go to Tesco and buy Mr & Mrs glasses - my order arrived the day after I left for Italy - not much use really - so next time instead of paying nearly £30 for personlised presents i will just go to Tesco - very disappointing as my daughters wedding will only happen once and now it is gone.”

We're very sorry about this, occasionally items do break in the post which is out of our control. As soon as we heard from you we started producing replacements however we cannot rush the personalisation process as the glasses had to be fired in a kiln. Unfortunately they arrived a day after you left. We hope you understand that this was out of our control to have the replacement get to you any quicker.

Hi Dan, our engravings on glass items are done as thick as possible, any thicker and the glass will lose strength and be prone to breaking. We do offer printed glass items which are bolder. You can email us and we can look into your order as well. Personalise Team

Our personalised items require a lead time in which we do the personalising, this means that delivery can be longer. We advise our lead times as working days and so weekends are not included. We're glad it arrived just in time for you.
