“Ordered as last minute gift for sons 18th (he loved it) product as described and beautifully engraved although smaller than expected but this means it's more practical to carry around and therefore more likely to use it.service excellent with very quick delivery on day stated.would have liked option to upgrade on packaging as this was basic but would otherwise recommend”

“I purchased a silver bangle, which I had engraved for my sister in laws 50th birthday. Everything about the purchase was fantastic from the easy to use web site to the fast delivery, the quality of the item, and the beautiful engraving. I would highly recommend!”

“I ordered two mr and mrs mugs that were personalised and they came looking great. It was really easily to personalise and i was worried they weren't going to come in time I emailed personalise and they emailed immediately back saying when they were going to be delivered and they were delivered in plenty of time. I was so happy with the products and customer service and I can't wait to use this service again for Christmas?”

“I am very disappointed with my order... Or lack of order should I say. I ordered two items from your website for my husband birthday a month ago and STILL waiting on one of the items. I got an email to say they would be sent at different times but this is just ridiculous!! It has completely put me off internet shopping altogether let alone this site!”

“The finished product is really lovely, and one of my friend's favourite presents! There was an issue with delivery that turned out to be the fault of the postal office, but personalise.com were more than happy to help me with my problem, and replied instantly. Great service, will definitely recommend and be using again!”
