“Ordered a personalised picture frame for our daughters 21st birthday. Arrived promptly but had a scratch in glass which was very obvious. After contacting customer services and sending photo of scratch, a replacement was sent and arrived in time for the big day. Staff very helpful. Our daughter was thrilled with it and the frame looks lovely. Thanks for all the help in getting second frame here on time.”

“We ordered a personalised photo frame for my daughter, who had just given birth. I ordered it on the Sunday Evening and it was delivered on the Wednesday. It was very well wrapped so no damage occurred in transit. The quality of the frame was excellent and the personalisation, spot-on. I thought the wood was lighter than the online picture, but this did not take away from the quality of the frame. Overall we were very impressed and would definitely buy from 'Personalise.co.uk' again.”

“I was looking for a wedding present for some friends and really wanted some 'MR' and 'MRS glasses, but couldn't find a pair of pint glasses anywhere. I'm really glad I didn't as the glasses I ordered from Personalise.co.uk were so much better. Not only was I able to add their names to each glass I could also add details of their wedding. Also they're robust glasses which means they are much more likely to get used, and the printing will endure, rather than be washed off after use. They're fab.”

“I ordered a personalised glasss flute as a present when it arrived the engraving was right for a 70th birthday but had 21 on glass i got in touch and there said they would send me the right one in 24 hrs, 48hrs later still not received it and had no reply to email that i sent and the birthday has now passed who the present was for, so i am not happy withthis service .”

We're extremely sorry about this, as soon as we found the mistake we have produced and dispatched a replacement on urgent delivery, we also replied within a few hours of all emails however they seem to have been caught in the customers junk mail folder.
