“Ordered a swavorski crystal vase for both of our parents as a thank you gift from our wedding with the wedding date engraved. The vases came quickly in lovely packaging and our parents were absolutely delighted with them. Quality was great and they were really stunning - would definitely recommend.”

“In all honesty I wasn't very confident going into this purchase, I don't like buying things online from places I haven't heard of before but it was the only idea I had for my dad's fathers day present and it was the best choice I've made present wise. My order was delivered very quickly, well packaged and it looked stunning, best present I've purchased in a long time and I will definitely be purchasing from this site many time in the future.”

“I bought a personalised wine glass for my friend's 18th birthday. I had left ordering it a bit late, but the delivery was very fast and luckily it arrived on the day I needed it by! The wine glass was lovely - the engraving was very professional, and my friend absolutely loved it. Thank you!”

“I ordered a pair of personalised glasses for my daughters wedding when they arrived one glass was completely smashed ! I asked that the order was replaced so i could take it to the wedding in Italy and gave them the day i was going - they couldnt guarantee I would have them so I had to go to Tesco and buy Mr & Mrs glasses - my order arrived the day after I left for Italy - not much use really - so next time instead of paying nearly £30 for personlised presents i will just go to Tesco - very disappointing as my daughters wedding will only happen once and now it is gone.”

We're very sorry about this, occasionally items do break in the post which is out of our control. As soon as we heard from you we started producing replacements however we cannot rush the personalisation process as the glasses had to be fired in a kiln. Unfortunately they arrived a day after you left. We hope you understand that this was out of our control to have the replacement get to you any quicker.
