Hi, Thanks for your order, unforenately Hotmail users seem to find our confirmation emails go in their junk folders, we are actively trying to get Hotmail to not do this but it's out of our hands. Thanks

“Very good service. I ordered from Canada for UK delivery no problems. One of the gifts I ordered couldn't be gift wrapped so they emailed me very quickly and refunded the gift wrap I had paid for. Gifts arrived in good time. Would definitely use again.”
