“Not the best experience, but as a construction business owner I realise that sometimes things just don't go to plan. I wasn't even going to leave a review, but they keep emailing me to remind me to. I ordered a Sandstone paving circle kit, but unfortunately although the website showed it as available, and my payment was taken, it was out of stock for 3-4 weeks. No huge problem, more of an annoyance, communication was good from the office, phoned me to let me know and emailed over some alternate options. A bit slow to refund my money, I had to email to ask where it was, but it arrived back in my account after a week. 3 stars I'm afraid.”

“Had to phone up, just to check if the order had been received, the Lady I spoke to was very helpful and polite, she did explain to me that a lot of the emails where ending up in the junk mail folders, which when I got home, it had been placed in my junk mail box. Delivery was quick, easy to arrange with the courier. Was pleasantly surprised when the item turned up, the description said they could be old stock with a few scuffs on, the crate was unopened and still in original packaging, although I haven't checked all the slabs, the ones I have are all in one piece.”
